Starbucks — Restaurant in Secaucus

Time to let in new management…TWO reviews here - Written two weeks ago: Only Starbucks I know that never, and I mean NEVER EVER, has baguette sandwiches. 6 months, not any except egg. Staff is awesome, those who manage it need to pass the torch to management that doesn’t want to push customers elsewhere. Gave two stars because staff is nice, and appreciated.

Written 1/5/23: update to my last review…shocking!!! STILL no baguette sandwiches. “We have egg sandwiches” is the answer I always get. Eggs at 4pm aren’t my thing. Rare to see a business pushing business to others because they don’t carry multiple items on their menu. Maybe owner of this place should open a shoe store…sell only one type of shoe. Or buy an ice cream truck… carry only ice in stock. Changed to one star…I will let staff know they are appreciated by tipping

1/20/22 - I understand supply issues… but when ALL other Starbucks carry a product, you can’t claim it is supply issues for 6 months. However, I am happy to see baguettes back in stock… maybe my review shed light on it, or Sun, moon, and stars just aligned to bring them back in stock. Whatever it is,...

This may have been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The barista behind the counter instructed another young lady who was most likely new to practice making my beverage to which she was not at all happy about. She took quite a bit of time to make it because she was chatting to the other girl about things that were non work related so of course I started to get a bit irritated. She finally finished my drink and it was 100% incorrect. I’ve had this drink a million times and so I asked her politely if she could remake the beverage because there was extremely too much cream. She looked at me with complete disgust, didn’t say a word, rolled her eyes at the other girl and literally threw it in the trash. I was appalled. She re-made my drink and of course it still wasn’t right but I wasn’t about to send it back a second time so I thanked her and she gave me another dirty look and walked away. I have never encountered poor behavior like this at a Starbucks, this girl should not be working in...

If you're looking for a quick caffeine fix, Starbucks is always a great option. I love stopping by here on my way to the jobsite in the morning - the coffee is always delicious and fresh. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, too. Plus, it's a great place to take a break from the road.
