Hardee’s — Restaurant in Sedalia

Their biscuits when fresh are absolutely amazing! The double sausage egg biscuit is absolutely incredible. I wish I got that every single time! Like, for real, it's 5 stars!! We had to wait 8 minutes today for fresh biscuits and it was well worth the wait. The only thing is today I ordered the omelet biscuit. I regret doing it. It was horrible. I would give The Omelet Biscuit a one-star my biscuit was not fresh. Because it was close to 10:30 I will give them the benefit of the doubt and just hope it was an off day for The Omelet Biscuit, but I'm never ordering it again ever. My husband got the double sausage egg biscuit, and his biscuit was amazing it was fresh, and him and I shared. I will never get The Omelet Biscuit again. I'm giving five stars because I know their food is good, and I just got a bad omelet biscuit. I'm going to include the picture of my omelet biscuit. Customer service here is always great. Everybody is so wonderful and accommodating. I do recommend coming here. I honestly wish they had better deals for their lunches, and I had come here more often. I wish they still had the biscuits and gravy bowl with the scrambled egg I used to get that like 20 years ago and I absolutely loved it...

I have never had such a bad experience with customer service in my life. I’m assuming Joanne was already having a bad day but she apparently needed someone to take it out on. I asked 1 question at the speaker and she already had a bad attitude, no big that is common. I get to the window and asked for a water because I forgot to ask at the speaker. With an attitude she says can you please ask for that at the window next time. I said yes I’m sorry I usually do I just forgot this time. She brings the water to the window. I grab the water and have to adjust it because the straw is hitting my window. She gives me a major dirty look and I said I didn’t snatch the water. I could tell that’s what she assumed. She proceed to ramble about me snatching the water and slams the window in my face. She was wearing a red shirt so I’m not sure if that’s management or not but she needs some serious customer service training. Literally never had such rude...

Omg horrible horrible experience. We ordered a big cheeseburger and a hot ham and cheese. Both with curly fries. The cheeseburger was ok. The ham sandwich had only two small small slivers of ham. There's more ham in a lunchable. Ñow on to the fries....they were super super hot. But so greasy and undercooked they soaked thru the fry box then not only thru the box and napkins (all two of those) but thru the brown bag they were served in. So greasy they ultimately soaked thru the whole bag. Plus they stunk like fried fish and Hardee's don't even serve fish. I called the manager whom said she would replace my order but I'm too scared to try it again. I don't recommend...
