Worst place to ever go save your money and don’t go to this place. I went in looking for a wedding dress first words out of the girls mouth was I couldn’t afford the dress I wanted to try on (before asking me what my budget was) and then I had to make her take the dress down for me to try on, then when I went to pick the dress up after I paid for it she said it was being clena not a big deal, she said it would be back in two weeks so I watied for it to get back, then I get an email saying it’s been destroyed while being cleaned two days before I was supposed to get it, so I went to get my money back, the girl who was working who is the owners kids said she didn’t have her checks to give me the money and that the owner was out of town, so we asked her if she would call the owner, she refused and then called the cops because we said we wouldn’t leave till we had something worked out, I showed the cops my Receipts showing I paid for the dress and the paper saying when I was supposed to get it and the email saying it had been destroyed, the police talked to the girl working and then told me she would call the owner who is her mom and that they would have a check ready for me in the morning and they did, but the fact that they told me I couldn’t afford the dress I wanted before asking what my budget was and then magically gets destroyed two days before I was supposed to get it makes it worse, just strait up horrible service and rude as can be people never going back and that I recommend for everyone to go elsewhere! 4\13/19 My family didn’t yell we got Firm with the consoltent who was your Daughter and the reason she called the police is because she wouldn’t call you to work something out to get my money back and because we refused to leave till something was worked out! Yes we raised our voices at her to get her attion and because she was rasing her voice at us because she wanted us to leave and we wouldn’t leave till we worked something out to get my money back! and how disrespectful and rude of you to say that stuff about my family, this just goes to show you are a horrible business owner and have no respect for your customers! My daughter had an appointment to try on dresses that was made 2 weeks in advance via phone. She arrived on time for her appointment, but found that no preparation had been done prior to her arrival, despite all dress preferences and size info being given by my wife at the time she scheduled my daughters appointment. Per report from the bridal party, my wife was kindly explaining the details of what our daughter was looking for in a dress again (these details were told over the phone when scheduling, so the shop could be prepared for her appt), only to be told that only current style dresses are sold in the shop. The dress my daughter is looking for is the 2024-25 style and was picked out of current designs. She has even been collecting pictures on her phone of them. My daughter said there were no dresses pulled out and ready for her to try on. She said most dresses were way too big. So big that she said she was told to leave her jeans on to try the dress on. She also said that before trying any dresses on she was asked 'are you even going to be buying a dress right now or are you just looking and whats your budget'. She said she replied yes and told her the budget. Apparently all the dresses were well under her budget. My wife was trying really hard to make it a sweet and enjoyable experience for our daughter and both were quite sad about the entire ordeal. My daughter had even invited 2 of her bridesmaids along for the fun times....but the whole thing was over in less that 30 minutes total. They drove over an hour for the appointment. Also, there was one dress that did fit her she said...and that she wanted to consider it as she continues her dress hunting, but she has no way to look back on it because my wife wasn't allowed to take pictures. No pictures are allowed. I'm upset that my wife and daughter planned this special day and this is what happened. I'm never one to leave reviews complaining but this could have been handled so much...

Just a heads up, don’t go to Concepcion Bridal and Boutique on Ohio Street for dresses. I went in back in January with 2 of my bridesmaids to get their dresses. They measured them and told them the sizes they would be ordering. Fast forward 5 MONTHS later, the dresses came in and they’re both 4 sizes TOO BIG. They’re trying to say that my bridesmaids (my sisters) lost weight and that’s out of their control. Neither one of my sisters have lost weight, and they damn sure haven’t lost 4 dress sizes. It’s going to cost us the amount we paid for the dresses just to get them altered. When we asked the OWNER of this place what she was going to do about it, she claimed she can order the right sizes and GUARANTEE they’ll be here in 3 months, 2 weeks before my wedding. They also told me the first time we went in there with this complaint, that they looked on the website and the size we needed wasn’t in stock. So tell me, how can the dress that originally took 5 months to come in, be out of stock, and they can guarantee me it’ll be here in 3 months now? The owner also leaned over the counter to tell me she’s “a professional” so what she says is right, and proceeded to kick me out of the store. Hopefully the girls who were in there trying on wedding dresses listened to me and left this joke of a place. Please please please, save your money! Do NOT go to this place! They will order your dresses multiple sizes bigger than you need and then tell you they can alter it to get even more money out of you. CONCEPCION...
