I was very dissatisfied with everything at this shop. I dined in on Nov 9th around 1:00 and ordered the chicken salad sandwich on a warm croissant with chips, 2 hamburger dill pickle chips and a tea. The young lady that took my order was not at all customer friendly, she never looked up once. I said thank you after I sign my 18 + ticket with no response from her. I got my sandwich, which like other reviews said, was like soup. I had to use a spoon to try and eat it. Ended up trashing it. Went up to register and asked for some ice and said thank you, with again nothing from the cashier. I was so mad at myself for tipping her and getting this kind of attitude and also, waiting on myself, not to mention the quality of food! My rating for this place is zero. When I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon... what a disappointment. spent 40 dollars - 2 meals - ordered the portabella sandwich with chips. This was a disappointment the sandwich was over dressed, and had not portabella on it, instead they Substituted it with baby portabella ( normally no problem) however - there were only 1 1/2 may 2 baby portabellas on the entire sandwich. When asked about this, the staff said they would let management know, she was in the back, there was nothing from her, staff said sorry, and they informed the manager. Great place to get lunch here in Seguin. I wish this place was open more than 10am to 2pm. The sandwiches are delicious, the recipes are great and they use the best ingredients. The bread for the sandwiches is made in house and it is delicious. The ladies that take your orders and prepare your sandwiches provide excellent customer service and suggest items depending on what you like. I will definitely be back to try the other sandwiches. You are also able to place phone orders for pick up. One of the best restaurants I've been to here in Seguin. Highly recommended if you are just in town for business or passing by...
