I’ve gone to this location twice because we got these coupons for that location only. What a joke. First visit, order wasn’t hot and fries had salt which I asked for no salt and fresh,asked them to boost my burger for like 20 seconds to warm it, got food. pulled back around . My dude burger was sooooo hot (like they over warmed it to the point where they were being petty), the lettuce was sooooo hot and mayo hot and soggy it was nasty. I walked up to the door and the lil girl said they were closed, I showed her my food she opened the door and again said we were closed, I came inside and said I need this remade and went to the counter. Explained to the lead what the issue was, the lead said she’d remake it. In the middle of that the lil girl who was at the door kept telling me I’m not going to get it the way I want with no salt, etc bc the fry bin has salt from the previous fries etc, all rude and so much attitude. I told her she don’t gotta be rude and that I ran another dq store in another town not too long ago and boosting a burger and making fries fresh isn’t a crime and it’s doable. She argued I told her to stop talking to me. I let the branch manager know as well, she apologized and so I gave them another shot the other evening. Around 8pm, I pulled in the drive through, the automated thing asks about the app I said no thanks, and then waiting a few moments and said “hello?” Waited 2 minutes, said hello again, not even being rude, just wasn’t sure why they would start to take my order and ignore me. Then abruptly she pops on and says “GIVE ME A MINUTE” very loud and very rude. Ok, if u r just say “I’ll be right with you” or “one moment plz”, don’t yell at a customer. I wanted to drive off right then and there but they was cars in front of me. This place needs better managers better branch ones district whichever, I even gave them an application so I can be of assistance, I called a few times and they havnt even called me. Shows that they are fine being at the minimum and that’s disappointing, because people spend $ there get crappy service and get yelled at. And they are still there like a slap on the wrist. I know good help is hard to find, clearly, but someone needs to fix the issues because I’ll go to another location despite the coupons, or just make food at home. Being harassed and yelled at while I’m politely asking for my food to be made and have decent service, isn’t a hard request, in fact it’s their job and they don’t even do that right. Read moreI would leave no stars considering the manager should not have a job. I went and spent 27 dollars on my food to have no tomato in my tacos my kids got hard burnt fries and chicken strips. My Chilli cheese fries looked like they were days old. I called and the manager said oh I believe it I relieved my cook on break and he left no prep fries everywhere. She said she would remake my food which I was fine with. When I get there she forgets my Chilli cheese fries which I had to wait for and now my tacos have no cheese. I had to drive a third time and the manager Bre puts her fingers in my tacos and refuses to give me my money back on an order I paid for. She is fighting with me about the previous food that I already called about. The cook comes to the window because she said she's gonna call the cops because she refused to give me my food which at this point they can keep I just wanted my money back for my tacos you can not give the customer what they want than do your job and give them their money back. It is not your money you work here you are not the owner. So now I have to take time from my day tomorrow to call the gm because I know she is not the gm with a attitude like that. Read moreWell since there isn't a way to give negative stars I guess "1 star will do". Just went there today on my lunch break, with 2 other people I work with. The 1st order (just my co- workers and we paid together thinking it would be quicker) was for tacos, then hamburger, then I ordered some steak fingers to go. After about 25 min the hamburger and steak fingers were ready. Then finally the tacos were ready (30 min for our to go order) and the tacos were cold. So how does that happen? The very 1st order took the longest and it was the coldest. Didn't even get a "We are sorry for the wait" or "have a nice day".
We had some equipment break down at the shop I work for today and messed up our deadlines, so I completely understand that sometimes things take longer and we all make mistakes.
