You may ask yourself what happens when you have children working, well let me tell you. My husband and I went to the buffet, which we have done before. It was 2 pm and a few people were eating inside. Around 3 pm. I went up and asked if they could make a dessert pizza. Boy there was confusion as to whether they could. Finally, someone said yes and I waited. I returned to the counter at 3:30 to ask how long it was going to take and guess what there was nobody. No one in the kitchen, no one at the cash register, and I mean no one until I opened the door. Boy did they come running in. I was told that they all had to clean a door. Hummmmm. Again I asked about the dessert pizza and was faced with the confusion again until I just asked so the answer is no, which the reply was yes. In the meantime 12 new people had entered the buffet with only one pizza and a few bread sticks. I had noticed that the pizzas that were being placed on the bar were coming out of boxes, which is smart but really. Needless to say I will be calling to talk to the manager. Besides these issues, the employees were to lazy to wipe the tables down and customers where having to track people down to do their job. Ugh! I do not know about you but I work too hard for my money to deal with this childish and lazy behavior. I will try this local pizza joint one more time but before I lay my dollar down I am going to check to see if the tables are clean and if they can find time for the dessert pizza. I mean they may all have to clean that "special door" again and I would not want to interrupt their cleaning to...

I’ve ordered from Sherrilli’s numerous times. I grew up in Clarksville in the latter 60’s and 70’s and ate at Pizza King often. Same with Arni’s in New Albany. Sherrilli’s sources their material from the same folks so I know the pizza will be good. And it was. As usual. Having said that… it took just over 2 hours to arrive. 2. Two. They did that to me a few months back. A third time a while back I watched the guy walking up my driveway and he was holding the bag sideways, ie not holding the pizza on the bottom. Holding it like a briefcase. My pizza was all smushed to one side of the box. They estimated on this pizza it would be an hour. I called at 1.5 hours and they said it’s going in the oven now and will be delivered as soon as it is out. It showed up 35 minutes later. I live roughly 12 minutes from there. I suppose they know people will call them based on limited choices. So who cares how long it takes. I do. I had friends in from out of town. Do better. Pay your drivers a smidge more. Hire more. Make sure you can do what you advertise. It really isn’t that hard. With what we’re already paying in delivery fees and tips you should be on the spot. Since the owner change I’ve been there a handful of time. Each time has been a disappointment and I hate saying that. This place has been open forever and has amazing pizza. But since the new owner has came the handful of times I have been it has been bad. The first time I ordered the same thing I always do. Cheese pizza with extra cheese. The first few times it had the same issue. The cheese was not melted correctly and was still cold. The square bits of cheese were all over the pizza unmelted. I gave them another shot because bad days happen. As someone who works in fast food I know times cannot be perfect. But this last time I have went I got my same thing and it was terrible. It was so thin no thicker than the crust itself and they are known for their thin crust. But the cheese was so thin on there. Not nearly as it should be when ordering extra cheese and to top it all off it was burnt to a crisp. The barely there cheese was so burnt it was hard to try an eat. I’m very disappointed in what has happened to this place. The reviews I’m seeing are 50/50. I want to come here again but I’m tired of spending the money on somewhere I know is amazing but recently within a year or so it’s been nothing but gross. I really hope they take some time to...
