Rosa Linda's Mexican Cuisine — Restaurant in Selma

I had the Steak Ranchero plate without rice. The beans were good. The steak ranchero had a bitter/sour flavor to it. When we were asked how everything was I told the waitress about the flavor. I asked if they cooked cilantro into it or if the tomato was canned. She said no. I showed her the burnt pieces of cilantro. I told her that if I had known there was cooked cilantro in it I wouldn’t have ordered it. She told me it says that it is an ingredient in the menu. I wasn’t bothered by the food not being good. The servers attitude and lack of knowing what’s written in the Menu where she works does. The customer isn’t always right I know that but don’t defend bad food if you didn’t cook it. Don’t say something is written or printed in the menu if it’s not. If she reads it she’ll realize that she was wrong. I could have put her on the spot while we were paying and showed her what’s on the menu but she’s a big girl maybe she’ll...

I went in for a pick up order, I walked in nobody greeted me, when a tall blonde girl finally goes to the cashier which is ideally the front in their case. She doesn’t say anything until a male come in then she uses her costumer service, she takes his order and cashes him out. I’m just standing there before him in shock the way this girl didn’t even acknowledge me. He even noticed my face confused. When she’s finally ready to talk she asks if I’m the pick up order. I nod then she lets the food sit there then finally packs it and doesn’t even hand it to me she leaves it on the counter and say that “ these two right here is your order” what kind of costumer service is this I didn’t get her name but she should really get checked for this I get deliveries aren’t top priority but do better no house...

I haven't rated restaurants in a while, but today's experience at Rosa Linda's made me do it again, I can not let this pass lightly, a horrible experience, I order a chicken soup , you know when you crave a good soup with this cold weather, to my surprise it was chicken soup without the chicken, it barely had carrots, and zucchini , worst is they called themselves Alta Cocina mexicana, no way, If you know good Mexican cuisine, you know it right away, this guys are putting some veggies on chicken stock and they call it chicken soup for $13 dollars a really small plate. I dont recommend this place. For Mexican food, and to my surprise in my 6 months in selma, Fresno, and the clovis area, I have not found yet any good Mexican restaurants, so if you know one please let me know, I love good...
