Gross food & Super disappointed‼️
Arrived early, waited, and then pulled into the drive-thru at 10:40 am. We saw an employee unlock and open the door and customers go inside at 10:35- so we knew they had just opened. Start of the day... Yay.
Ordered two meals. The chicken strips were warm, but the fries were soft, an 'overcooked' nasty brown, and Lukewarm like they were OLD and barely reheated from the night before‼️ Absolutely disgusting!! Again, they had JUST OPENED and we were in line ordering around 10:40.
I was hoping, after traveling all morning, that HOT and FRESH chicken and fries would have been served but Nope! I even had to pull up and wait for our food as if it were being freshly prepared (or was I waiting for the extra seasoning I requested?! Probably!). All that just to receive a bag full of old soft fries and warm chicken! Oh, and one of the meals had a piece of toast that was 70% burnt. 😡
There are a few things that could have been going on in that kitchen this morning, and all of my assumptions are disturbing! Never again.
It's unacceptable and lazy! Bad morning or false reviews??! 4.0 stars?? 🤔🤨
Side note to OWNER: If you all are going to charge for condiments, including two or more when only ONE is requested, at least give the customer the courtesy of letting them know there's a charge of .25 cents a piece. Seeing double charges on a receipt when you had no clue there was even a charge to begin with... is WRONG. .25 is not a big deal but to have multiple added on when only one is requested is NOT cool and seems like a hustle...

I was beyond disappointed when I was told by a young lady I was not allowed to customize a taco by adding shredded cheese to the avocado ranch BLT taco when it's literally customizable on the app. I was told, "you have to get them how they come" To wait that significant amount of time in line to be told a lie is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. Read moreDouble check, triple check your order. I order a house salad. I asked how much chicken was on the salad. Answer from cashier 1 finger. I asked here to check and the answer was 4. So I order double chicken. Check my math 4x2= 8. Right. While waiting for my order I observed the counter girl looking at my salad as if something was wrong. She questioned the cook and continued on. When I got my order and opens it it did not look like double "8" chicken fingers. So I went to the counter and asked. I was assured it was 8. So I order 4 more chopped and returned to my table. I picked out the chicken from my salad. To do a comparison.. looks like four and four to me.. so they clearly lied!!! ...
