Didn't know it was so hard to make an ice coffee with cream and sugar. Unfortunately this location has been going down hill for a while. Called there today to let them know that I just ordered a iced coffee and it was so bitter tasting and I was not sure if it was the coffee or creamer. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone obviously didn't want to hear my complaint. Told me if I couldn't come back within 24 hrs they would not be able to offer a replacement coffee or I could also come back today and they would issue a refund. Obviously I was not happy hear that as I was on my way out of town for a few days. The employee Chass who answered phone was very rude and ended up hanging up me. Upon that hang up I did return to that Dunkin for refund. I couldn't believe I was made to feel as a customer that I did something wrong. I already went thru drive thru once and it's my fault the coffee was not good. That does not sit right with me. When I arrived Chass was at front register and I asked if she was who I spoke with and she replied are you Amanda. I said yes here for my refund. Chass of course was saying I was rude and that is why she hung up on me as a customer. I told her you hung up on me and that is not how business should work. My frustrations came from Chass being all over the place in how long I had for replacement coffee 24 hrs or 72hrs. Then it was 24 hrs because she made a mistake. I was told Jason the manager had walked out. I was not clear if that meant he was on break or left the building. While Chass was issuing my refund she started to apologize to me and told me they had dumped that batch of coffee and she was sorry again. I did tell her we are passed the apologies because I truly feel she was only sorry because she had to deal with it. She did not feel bad hanging up on me. America Runs on Dunkin. Most recent visit: 11/21/17 Drive thru= girl was very polite. I ordered a toasted buttered bagel. I asked if the butter was real or if it was margarine. I was told Margarine as they dont have butter anymore.
I get to the window to pay and ask for a Military discount, showing my ID. The mood and look on her face changed dramatically. She (young black girl, now with perceived attitude) told me there is no military discount. I then told her I always get a military discount. She replied with "I don't know anything about it." The manager heard and told her it is the same as the "Senior Discount" (5%)
She applied it, which was basically 8 cents, then gave me the bag with my bagel in it. SEE PHOTOS of the bagel. When I got to work, I had to reheat it in a toaster oven because the margarine was not melted and was globbed on really bad.
VERY DISAPPOINTING VISIT.
Previous visits: Entry and egress into/from this Dunkin Donuts is best from 86th if you are not driving northbound on Seminole. Even if you are leaving going northbound, it might be easier and safer to exit on 86th to come out at the light.
Entering from 86th entrance, it is a bit strange to make the drive thru, as you need to do a 180 degree turn in parking lot if you don't know about the driveway wrapping around the front of the building.
