Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Seven Hills

Good service and good food every time I come here. The service isn’t the most personable however the employees are very nice, hard working and appreciative of the customers. These folks don’t mess around.

My go to food is the old school cheesesteak which is a Philly cheesesteak topped with melted cheese whiz and grilled onions. The buns are toasted and holds up very well. A delicious meal! I make it a combo with regular fries and soft drink. If you eat in, know that they have ketchup, malt vinegar and a dry seasoning for the fries. Drink refills are free. I get the medium size cheesesteak and it’s a lot of food and worth it.

The bathroom- they only have one- is always clean and the dining room is pretty clean though sometimes the tables aren’t wiped down. Just ask the staff to clean the table you want and they’ll do it. If you choose to eat in then know that this place gets a lot of pick up orders so you’ll be dealing with people just standing around waiting for their orders.

There is a drive thru but it’s only used for orders made and paid online or on their smartphone app. They will not accept payment at the drive thru window.

There is a TV inside though they only show You Tube videos. Don’t except major sports events on their TV.

Parking is available and sometimes frustrating. Charleys is next door to an AT+T Store. The driveway for both stores is one way. You enter on the AT+T side and drive around at the back of the stores and takes you to parking for Charley’s. Be careful as some people will enter the wrong way on the Charleys side, despite the do not enter signs.

Overall, great experiences at this place and I keep going back at least...

Tasty. Got a cheesesteak combo. Good size. Fries were hot, crispy and fluffy inside. 6pc wings were nice and meaty ( little more sauce and they would have been perfect). Staff was friendly and food was ready hot and fast with about 5 other customers in store at my lunch visit. I think the owner was sitting at a table with another man with a laptop. He stood up and motioned to the crew to stop talking. Hey ease up on them they got it. A great team is hard to find. Little pricey ( just like everyone else) but good quality and taste. The store has a nice look too . Highly recommend!!! Pick up window would be great ( city wont let you use? Shame on you 7 hills) if it could be used. Stop...

Stopped here last night during my rounds to get the 10 year old what he wanted to eat. Had a coupon that wasn't maybe clear but the gentleman that was there (owner/manager?) couldn't have been more polite and considerate. He made it right for me and during a COMPLETELY insane and crazy day with the kids his courtesy made it a little better. After making the little 6 wing meal fresh and hot he brought it out to me himself and thanked me. I only spent $4.28 with him but he treated me as if I was a priority. From now on anytime we want Charley's we will be visiting this location. 10 stars. Shukran. Not to mention the kid said it was the BEST Charley's...
