Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Sevierville

First time in and last time in ordered a butterscotch shake with extra butterscotch and when I got my "butterscotch" shake it had absolutely no butterscotch flavor it tasted like a plain vanilla shake on top of being more milk then a shake I brought it back in and they made me another this time I got what I paid for flavor wise actually tasted like butterscotch and not vanilla but it was so watered down it was like drinking butterscotch flavored milk . My wife tried to order a butter pecan scoop of ice cream on a waffle cone only to be told we can't do that sorry we can only put chocolate or vanilla on a waffle cone but what we can do is give you a scoop of butter pecan ice cream in a cup/bowl with a waffle cone on the side what in the world 🌎?? So you can give me butter pecan ice cream and you can give me the waffle cone as long as there separate you just can't put the butter pecan ice cream on a waffle cone and give it to me ? . Oooooook then . Service was friendly but other then that nothing good about this place I can't and/or wouldn't recommend this place to anybody yall go to McDonald's I promise they have better ice cream/custard whatever then this place font waste your...

We've wanted to stop here for a long time, but the line is always wrapped around the building or a lot deep from the window. So we chose to stop here late after Dollywood closed on a cold night where we were pretty sure people were in the mood for custard. And much to our delight. The line was short or not existent.

All of us ordered small custard mixes and they were absolutely delicious. My wife actually said this is too much, but ended up eating it all anyways. Honestly, this is the best custard concretes or whatever they're called I've ever had.

The service was quick, I think it may took 4 minutes for them to make all of our order. And if you have a family of five you got to admit that's pretty quick.

The place looks clean and is clean, again. Another reason this place. It's a five star. You won't get any of the things I've said at any other chain offering ice cream or custard.

The whip cream on top is that the employee is attitudes were great and they actually smiled. If I was able I would open franchise of this, but I don't so I'll just have to wait for it to come to Lenoir...

Well to start off, I absolutely love the building, the colors and the vibe, everyone was extremely nice, friendly and explained everything to us very clearly. My husband and I each got just the plain vanilla frozen custard his had a ton of Cherry's on it and mine had a ton of strawberries we ate it with a spoon out of the cups it came in. This was my first time ever having frozen custard and it just wasn't what I thought it would taste like, I was of course thinking that custard (like in the donuts custard) but it doesn't taste the way the donut custard does, it was very, very sweet to me, almost tasted like it had,like maybe sweet-n-low, or just that almost diet sugar taste. We will go back again before the summer is over we want to try a different flavor just to see. The outside atmosphere is awesome absolutely loved it, 50s style and the reds and silver tables and the building is very cool.
