Stop there today at 1:11 I'm not one to just go online and leave bad reviews. I'm typically the one that purposely only seeks to leave good ones only because I typically only notice good service there's plenty of bad reviews out there. The two women you had working today you should really think about a secret shopper with. I've never seen such terrible customer service ever and it's not exactly what they did it's how they treated people the only two men that came in they treated with any respect or as if it wasn't a burden to them we're obviously regulars because they knew him by name which is great for them I had to take my mom that 74 to a doctor's appointment because she's ill. May not get to sit down and have as many more lunches as I would like with her wouldn't have minded it to be an enjoyable one. Don't get me wrong They did their job and nothing more. We got to the table my mom asked me to please go ask them for some mayonnaise or something on her sandwich I said Mom did you forget she said no I'm scared to ask her she was really aggravated to make it SMH this is an elderly lady not even my experience yet I went last. I start to do my sandwich it was too much of a hurry for her to toast it typically I go to other Subways in order the same thing the one I go to has a timer on the toaster that tells you when to pull up she didn't have time to wait for that timer she pulled it said is that enough I said could you just leave it in for just one more second very kindly she did no problem at this point 5 seconds later she pulled it back out texted off the tray and stands there and looks at me like she was ready she hurried me through the toppings making me feel as if she didn't have time for it I said mayonnaise and Ranch she ran out of mayonnaise after it squirted you know she turns around to get mayonnaise does not apply any more mayonnaise a mine which now I understand was obviously there same reason my mother didn't get any she was running out and didn't want to change it just wanted to hurry up she put the ranch never finished the mayonnaise no big deal at this point I scoot down to the register after she heard me through the rest of I even had the feeling maybe this comes out of her paycheck or something not sure how it works. I'm at the register she asked me do you want a drink and chips I said sure yeah but when she asked me she was just repeating a line she had to use and never heard my answer I went ahead and got three cookies turned around got my cup after paying and she said I didn't ring you up for a drink I said well I asked for a drink and chips she said no you didn't ask for it I asked you if you wanted it I said I told you sure... yes she said no you didn't and I can ring you up for it but I can't give you the combo deal now I've already rang you out. okay nevermind, because I'm not going to pay full price for something after $54 but I didn't argue with her as I just wanted to go sit down and eat and enjoy my meal with my mother as we sat there we watch these two ladies treat everyone that walk through that door as if they were a burden yes they did their job but their job also consists of customer service. I live in this County and I know that we treat our customers with the utmost respect and there never a burden to us they are how we make our paycheck I'm completely appalled the one I think was a manager she completely ignored two,to talk to one of the locals over in the dining room and ask him if he wanted her to make him something special instead of saying hi to the people in front of her and starting their order while he was just sitting there talking about his selling his truck seriously you should think about a secret shopper for these two I am not kidding I won't go back to that location I won't say it's Subway's fault either but you really should see how they are treating your customers sorry I've had plenty of good experiences one more time I would suggest a secret shopper to see just what I'm saying I'm sure this is not the first time they've made your customers...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 I would!! I placed an order through the app, from Jefferson City and for some reason it sent it to sevierville location. I tried calling that location over 10 times which I have the proof on my phone. Finally a lady (Stephanie) picked up, sounding bothered that she even had to answer the phone. Guess because it was ringing off the hook with me calling multiple times. I explained to here the order was supposed to be for the Jefferson City store. And I needed to cancel this order off my credit card. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t cancel my order and it would still be processing even though I couldn’t pick up the food. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and I know for a fact you can cancel a credit card!! Especially if it hasn’t processed yet!!! When the store closes is when you run all your reports and close out credit cards for the entire day!!! I will be by that store tomorrow and hopefully can talk with someone that maybe can actually do their job!! I will never go back to this restaurant after I get my payment back or the food replaced!! When I walked in, there was no one in the front, I waited several minutes, he came out with a couple of prep pans to put in the fridge..he completely ignored me. There was no greeting, no smile. He turned toward me, but still did not speak to me, just stood there looking at me. I said hello, and asked for a blt, I saw his lips move, but did not hear what he said. I asked for a medium size blt on flatbread. He very impatiently told me there was no MEDIUM, either a foot long or 6 inch. I said ok, I'll take the 6 inch. As this person turned away from me, I caught the eye roll and the hand gestures. I could not understand why he was so upset with me, after all I just needed a little clarification. At this point, I said" You do not need to be rude to me, I'm leaving now. I'll go elsewhere" As I walk out the door, he calls after me.."have nice day!" Really?
