Seymour Train Station Pizza — Restaurant in Seymour

This place is absolutely horrible. The food is bland and has absolutely no taste, to the point I think water has more taste than their food. Their hot oil pizza wasn’t even a proper hot oil pizza. It was just a pizza with jalapeños no hot oil at all. The cheese and sauce was bland, the flour they used was of a very cheap quality. We had to put so much salt on the pizza to even give it a dash of flavor. The mushrooms were below decent, It seemed like they froze the mushrooms and threw them in the microwave. The sauce they used on the lasagna must be from a can because it has no flavor just like the pizza. The only thing that saved it was the very little bit of flavor in the pasta and meat. But even then they were cheap with it, all the meat is on the top instead of it being a layer of cheese and meat and repeat. This is the first and last time I am ever...

Absolutely terrible customer service! I ordered food from this place near my elderly mother's house spent $50 on food and never received it.

I called an hour later this lady answers the phone and with no apologies tells me it's the delivery person's fault not theirs. A few minutes later my mother calls back obviously hungry and not happy she was out of $50 and this lady is yelling at her. So loud I could hear her through the phone and she hung up on my mother. It took everything in me not to go to this restaurant myself and have words with this rude lady, honestly avoiding catching a case I will be letting everyone know about the service...

An absolute shame, my wife and I get amazing subs and wings from Seymour Train Station Pizza at least twice a month and love it. Just today we were walking around town and I had to use the bathroom so I went in. There's a sign that says "for patrons only" which I am as I take my food to go. When I exit the owner says to me, "Do you speak English? Can you read sign?!" And then starts accusing me of coming in earlier and stealing his car.
