Dunkin' — Restaurant in Seymour

I don't usually post reviews but too say I was disappointed is an understatement. First, I walk in to choose what donuts I want and note there are 2 workers both of which ignored me for the first 2 minutes I was there. When I asked if I could get assistance, I was greeted with a frustrated manager telling to wait a minute. So I wait! While waiting 3 more staff members come, which excited me as I think now I will get waited on, but no so, they stood around looking at each other! So again I got to ask to bed assisted and "nanager" tells the young man to assist me but he can't get into the register so again I am waiting because now he can't get his manager t I give him the key to unlock the register! I finally say " I need to speak to the manager!" I explained to the young man I wasn't upset with him. So "manager" comes and begin to tell her that I had been awaiting way to long and that call it takes is a minute to explain to me why it is taking so long to wait on me, that communication is important...except instead of listening she interrupts me t I explain she is the only ah I knows what she is doing and tells "young man" to take my order and walks away! So I get dozen if donuts and go home, only t I learn that they are stale! Will...

I need to stop trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and just stop going. They need to shut down and train every single employee...including the rude manager. Have not had an encounter where she wasn't projecting her nasty attitude to me, or her employees. This morning I ordered 2 egg and cheese wraps(1 for 1.99 or 2 for 2.39) ordered a frozen chocolate for my son. The guy asks if I would like whipped topping. We never get the topping so I say no thank you. I also ordered o.elet bites and a large sweet tea. Pull to the window he says our order is way over what it was suppose to be. The receipt shows he over charged us. He then gives us the frozen chocolate with whipped topping. I said "oh we said no topping. HE ROLLS HIS EYES AND SCRAPES IT OFF THE TOP BEFORE GIVING IT BACK TO US. Get you act together Dunkin. If I did anything close to this at my job I'd have...

This was the worst experience ever in my life at any restaurant or fast food place . I literally am almost tempted to file verbal harassment charges against the employees at this location . I’m a valued Dunkin’ Donuts member and customer and we go to Dunkin’ at least once a week and this was by far the worst ever . As soon as I went to order the first thing the lady said was if you have a big order you need to come in . So I proceeded around and went in and I asked to speak to superviser and this worker started to say maam I talked to you nicely and started to yell across the store saying I wasn’t being rude I just talk loud and kept repeating it until we left everyone had a name tag on but her . And I asked her for her name and she would not give it to me . This will be the last time I ever come to this Dunkin’ and I hope the management can fix this...
