Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Shakopee

Whoever worked there around 5:50pm on Friday August 29th 2025 needs to be educated on customer service and be educated on how to handle her emotions because she seemed a bit unstable, mentally or emotionally. I’m in the drive through. I ordered 2 drinks, forgot to order another. I told the lady working that i wanted to add another drink. She raised here hands up, rolled her eyes and screamed “NO WAYYYYY!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!” Then she immediately started to be nice???... I’ve never seen that kind of reaction ANYWHERE from a service person in my life. I was honestly a bit scared and disturbed. Went after 5 and they asked if I wanted to tip I proceeded with no because I always tip after. Tip is earned and not mandatory. However to this employee tip seemed mandatory or else your drink was going to take long employees constantly looking at you and laughing not doing the drink and when the drink was finally made they left it by the window and all walked away until more than a minute passed. The cup was spilling from all around and the employee closed the window really fast. When I called they said they didn’t know what to say and to call another day maybe another manager could help. On Google it says that this place closes at eight and I come in at 6:55 and the manager is telling me to hurry up because I have three minutes before they close. First of all this was very rude and as an experienced Starbucks barista, I would never be this rude to a customer even if it’s a minute before I close. Then my muffin isn’t even warmed up and my pumpkin chai taste like straight milk and the color does not look right and the pumpkin cold foam doesn’t taste or look like pumpkin cold foam at all.
