I had a small catering order for a funeral understand and went through the drive thru to pick it up. It took a bit for the team to find it and unfortunately I started to cry. Not from what they did, but because I was burying my daddy that day. They offered me water, they brought us cookies and they gave me some flowers. I can't express how thankful I was that they took time out of their day to care and show me they go above and beyond for their customers. One of the team members told me he too had a death in his family the previous week and gave me a hug. I tried both of my credit cards in two different pumps and they didn't work, when I finally push the button to contact the cashier she responds and I asked "is there something wrong with the pumps? They are not working" to what the lady responds "I can't understand what you're saying" and hangs-up ... Seriously??? Is that the best customer service response to a situation where you can't hear/understand what a customer is saying?? I'm never coming back to that gas station.
