Honestly do I even begin? My brother nicest person has been a customer regularly at the Starbucks! He goes there 3-5 times a week. Due to autism, he has (dysarthria) speech pronunciation problem. So today (12-07-22)8 AM in the morning I happen to be riding with him. He asked me if I needed coffee I said sure thank you!
So we go through the drive-through he orders his usual drink and the he tries to order mine with fewer more ingredients than his. And this is when I heard the most condescending rudest Starbucks, barista voice. First, She’s very impatient, she kept interrupting him, while he tried to pronounce the words, “do you mean vanilla”!! Very rude tone, it was so uncomfortable we come to the window he pays for the drink. I tried to fix the order she did not listen to me. They gave us the drink. I told him it was wrong and they asked us to add money for vanilla syrup.
My brother paid for the drinks, and he drove from that window so fast because he didn’t want to start an argument. We were both very upset and confused about the interaction. All of this was unnecessary. Not all your customers speak best way fits! You will have customers with accents, other customers with autism you need to treat everyone with respect because they’re...
Read moreI wrote a review a few months ago because I went to this location and they’re always out of things and they always mess up my drinks. I tried it again today and once again my drink was messed up. I ordered the brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso, and it came with a lot of cinnamon… My daughter is a barista at a different location of Starbucks and told me that there is only supposed to be a little cinnamon. They were also out of oat milk so they offered almond milk of which is perfect because I can’t have anything dairy. Needless to say, someone put dairy in my drink so I did NOT get almond milk of which I was offered and I got sick later in the evening and of course I had to go to work feeling terrible. I don’t understand why every time Ive been there I can’t get a correct drink :( sucks cause it’s the closest one to our home….It’s just been huge waste of money over the times I have been there….. I know everybody has to learn somehow, but with my daughter being a barista at Starbucks a couple hours away and hearing her opinion on this location it’s just disappointing that this location can’t...
Read moreThey MAKE you Tip before you can even pay. I was told the system wont let me pay for my order and then decide tip. This is the third time it has happened. I refused to show gratuity before service is provided. All three orders were ghastly and inedible. Never going back. If I could give negative stars I would give them a -5. The girl was perplexed when I told her she was being rude. (When was the last time anyone ordered at a restaurant but had to tip before the server would bring out your food?) I would bet money on there being a new area manager who thinks agreeing to provide a service for an agreed upon rate is lame and the workers are entitled to to hold customers hostage (if you want a decent...
