Wendy's — Restaurant in Shallotte

i am not a racist person just to start this off. my daughter is half black and i also have 2 half black sisters. the black girls in there are very rude and lazy. when you ask them for any kind of sauces or to add something at the window they give you an attitude EVERYTIME. its 3 girls that are the very rude ones. the manager is very kind. and there is another lady in there that is very very kind to me and my daughter. i was running low on money and couldn't get my daughter a kids meal so i just got her fries and a four piece chicken nugget. the lady realized they were for her and gave her a small tea and a toy and did not charge me for it. i said thank you and she said anytime with a smile on her face. i cannot remember her name for the life of me. food has gotten a lot better since they redid it after the car ran into the side of it. they came back with a bang. if only they could straighten out them 3 or 4 girls it would be 10 out...

We were the only 2 people in line and after 5 minutes of waiting to place a order we walked out. The staff had people walking around and looking at you but never saying anything like we will be with you in a minute etc. One guy had his back to us the whole time doing absolutely nothing. A customer that had ordered before we walked in was stating to them the drink machine wasn't working, The Frosty machine the guy had ordered while he was waiting for his drink to be filled behind the counter was broken. Terrible Store. We hadn't used this Wendy's in years and we LIVE in the area! We choose to try it yesterday again and it still is the same or worse.

We do visit other Wendy's stores in Wilmington, Charlotte and other markets. This has been a over 10 year experience of this...

We ordered dine in- and our food was cold, the grilled chicken wrap was more like a lettuce and cheese wrap. When I took a bite that’s all it was so I opened it and only a 3rd of it had chicken. Anyways I got the burger back to the cashier and told her it was cold. When the cashier told the cook I heard him yell “they eating inside or drive thru?” Like if I wasn’t right in front of him… cashier was nice and said I just gave it to them!. Anyhow, we were missing chicken nuggets too!!! The chilli was very runny and it wasn’t tasty at all. The burgers (the other one was cold too!) came back greasy to the point I had to wipe it off! After that we just didn’t eat so we wasted $20.89. Tbh the only good thing in our tray were the fries!
