Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Shamokin Dam

My disabled mother came to this location yesterday 07/11/25 at 6:29 pm order number 8037875 and was mistreated, racially profiled, and received piss poor service. She arrived via drive thru, ordered shrimp tacos with a Pepsi and fries. From the speaker, they were rude; disregarding her order and reciting it back as a fish taco with water whilst laughing deliberately trying to make her upset. She patiently waited as they carelessly attended the remainder of the drive thru line that was wrapped around the building instead of tending her order in the order it was received. When they initially brought her food out, she received 8 cold hard fries, three small shrimp per taco, w so much sauce on them it was soupy. The food was cold. When she brought the food in to address the quality issue, she once more was met with micro aggression with this time staff also summoning a police officer to be present when there was no posing threat except the quality of the food. Your floor manager who is described to be a short brunette white woman who had an attitude with my mothers displeasure of the food and rudely handed her another order of which was “accommodated” as a large Pepsi to my mom when she ordered the medium because she’s diabetic and has to watch her sugar intake, and a $5 gift card when she paid $11.12 for her meal that was so horrible it’s not like she’ll be returning to use that gift card. That said, we are taking this to corporate, my mothers experience was recorded on video and documented; and her $11.12 will be getting refunded to her card. This would (should) be a ZERO star review. I ate here several times before the remodel, and it was fine. Granted, not top notch cuisine, but all of what you would expect from a long Johns. This was my first time after the remodel, and i felt it was a major step backward. There were far too many tables jammed in was my first annoyance, as people had chairs out from under the tables which made it a frustrating maze to try to navigate to find a seat. The wait was very long. During my long wait, i watched the cook mess up 3 orders, and try to scold the young cashier over it (it was his fault, not theirs. I could see the orders on the screen). We also waited an extended amount of time to get served. This, in my eyes, gives this location a ZERO out of 5 stars. The ray of sunshine, though, was one cashier. She looked like the youngest employee there, and according to my receipt her name was Zoe R. She politely, efficently, and accurately took all the orders, while other were standing behind empty registers with blank looks on their faces, and one caught up with the customers, went out on the floor to organige all of the chairs and trash cans that had been the bane of my finding a clean table. She then proceeded to empty the trash and clean the entire dining area. I love long John silvers it's just when I got chicken from there, but before I till you. Make sure you didn't put unknown items in people's food. I was getting the regular 2 as in chicken with 2 chicken and some fries and a soda and 2 hushpuppys I had eaten a peace of my chicken when I saw a peace of tasty crumbs from the chicken. But it wasn't as o thought dont worry I'm not Allergic from these items. It just makes me disgusted if I eat that again I'd probably wanna gag and throw up. And so then I ate the crumb and it started to not be able to be eaten or crushed, then it started to taste the smell of the shrimp then I noticed I was eating a peace of a shrimp as though, but like I said I couldn't chew that I'd least expect me to be able to eat it, and so I thought to myself that it was a uneatable bone of the shrimp. And I know that shrimp doesn't have any bones and so maybe it's the shell made out of chitin, it was utterly disgusting and gross I forgive you guys for messing the materials you put in my food.
