Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sharon Hill

NEVER GO HERE! Dunkin's worst establishment..EVER. I cannot stress the negative impact this store has left me. A total waste of your time and money. The service girls are literally clueless with giving any reasonable amount of "good" service. I made my order clear and well known at the speaker, yet I still had to explain it "to them" SIX MORE TIMES.." AND...yet they still got it wrong, oh so very wrong and the worst part is ..there was only 2 items! No special orders.. nothing over the top... just a Train wreck of an experience. Whomever though these girls could be left in charge of a food business and assumed to make responsible and cognitive decisions was clearly mistaken. I seen and heard all the confusion in that kitchen through the drive-thru window I was tempted to just drive off, but I exclaimed...REPEATEDLY..."if you don't know how to make my order...just give me a ice coffee.." They finally said "NO... we can do it" Um..how hard is it to make a ice latté and a breakfast sandwich(which was barely cooked,Like cold and UNTOASTED?...now come on Really!? Apparently...waaay too difficult for that bunch. I'm done with this place.. Can I give a NEGATIVE...

They hired my younger sister and had her work 9 hours before she was even in the system. They owe her money and they are ghosting the attempts to get it. They said go on the website it doesn't let you click next basically. They keep throwing her for a loop and I'm on the verge of going in there in person and making a scene. Not only that they did a world record bang-up job on a very simple order and I told the guy he got it wrong and he handed the incorrect order to me and closed the window as to say that's what you get. Wanted to say something but my sister worked there at the time and I didn't want to make it harder on her. I know 9 hours doesn't sound like a lot but it is when they treat someone like complete garbage. It's the principle of the matter 9 hours or 15 minutes give the money that is owed and that's that. Can't even call the number I'm going to go there in person and chew them out and still not get what they owe my sister. They are a crooked there. It is insanity to me that they can run a business in such a pathetic way. It gives Dunkin a really bad name. They are withholding...

If I were to sum up the customer service I experienced yesterday, the only appropriate word would be dreadful. I first walk in with my friend simply to order our breakfast sandwiches. They were highly under-staffed and only had two workers. I waited a good hour just to ORDER my food. The workers were not amiable in the slightest. A worker that I recognized from the other day showed up and started conversing with the two of us. He was highly rude and gave off a belittling emaniation. He encouraged violence and physical attack towards teachers. When I finally got my food, the entire sandwich was cold. I literally saw them make it, I don't even know how they managed to make the sandwich cold. The cheese looked as if they took a slice from a block of cheese and just slapped it on there after making the sandwich. If I could give a negative rating then I would. I would never recommend this place to anybody close to me. Do not...
