My wife and I have been going here since they opened several months back. While we have always loved the food, that is the only thing bringing us back. The service is ATROCIOUS. We've dined in several times and frequently wait 30+ minutes for food. On one occasion after waiting 30 minutes for the food, we still did not have our drinks, so we finished our food, then had to wait for our drinks to go. My most recent visit, I thought I would order online, since it gives a specific pickup time, and I could avoid waiting around the restaurant. Unfortunately, they missed my 9:13 pickup and I had to stand waiting for an additional 15 minutes. No one ever spoke to me or asked if I was waiting for an order until they called my name. To the manager (if you are reading): it seems to be that delays come from staffing issues. There don't seem to be clearly defined roles in the kitchen. It seems whichever employee has a spare moment to man the counter/make drinks/bag to go orders/take food to tables, does so. Making sure there are staff to handle all of these jobs might speed things up.
Bottom line: We will absolutely continue to eat here, but not as often as we would if they had their...

He was touching the biscuits, the chicken, etc. rubbing his shirt with his hands, then going back to touching the finished eggs that go on the biscuit sandwiches, etc. I was waiting for my food for about five minutes, and I just thought it was kind of gross that he was not only touching the food and then like I said, Not just rubbing his shirt, but his pants, and then he was touching his head/hair.
The young high school aged girl, I would say, Who was waiting on me was way too nice to address this with her as she had nothing to do with this. And this was on a Sunday morning so it was pretty busy so I wasn’t going to ask anybody/ any other employees as they were busy if that’s normal. I would not have known to ask, everyone was super busy.
Did not eat my food as I don’t know who prepared it. But definitely did not want to be eating it if that gentleman was...
Read moreEdit: As requested in the response to my initial review, I emailed the owner but have not received a reply. I even told my wife, "Wow, we might have to give them another chance because the owner seems to be on top of their customer service." Well, obviously, that wasn't true. It's a typical response from the owner—covering themselves on Google but taking no action. If I could leave a zero i would.
I was thoroughly disappointed with the carne asada bowl at Maple Street Biscuit Company. For $13, the portion was laughably small—barely enough to feed a baby. Worse, the food was served cold, which made it even less appealing. To top it off, the bowl had zero flavor, completely failing to deliver on taste. This experience didn’t come close to the hype surrounding this so-called great breakfast spot. I definitely...
