FYI-This is an order at counter, help yourself to drinks kind of restaurant. We ordered 3 dine-in meals. We sat for 10-15 minutes waiting. The atmosphere noise was so loud and disturbing. The chair noise scraping across the floor, the noisy door opening and closing a few feet from tables, the loud talking from workers in front and in kitchen. It was so bad that we decided to leave and requested the food for take out. The staff seemed confused about what our order was and we had to continue to wait while they prepared our food. The large dinner-size salmon bowl came with 2 pieces of salmon, which tasted fine, but chewy and over cooked, the vegetables were 1/4 of bowl and were fine, but the white rice filled 3/4 of bowl and tasted āoffā. Canāt describe, but it wasnāt good, so I did not eat it. So since the meal was mostly rice, I was not satisfied. A family member ordered the large dinner-size bowl of teriyaki chicken, noodles, with no vegetables. The chicken pieces were very small and somewhat chewy. The sauce was tasty. Again, the meal was mostly noodles. The 3rd meal was a chicken combo meal with fried rice. The fried rice did not taste good, not at all what fried rice should be. We wonāt be trying again, since spending $55 (with tip) we should have gone to an established sit-down restaurant where they...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdit: good food but as other reviews mention service sucks and itās expensive for what it is. Twice now Iāve made a curbside order and they forgot to bring it out to the car. I have been here multiple times and had my order messed up. And they do absolutely nothing to try to correct their mistakes.
My first time trying Teriyaki Madness. Conveniently located near the Worthington mall with plenty of parking and easy access. I ordered the spicy orange chicken bowl and was given what I think was the spicy teriyaki chicken (because it was unbreaded). It was good but always disappointing when you donāt get what ya ordered. I wish you could order half rice/half noodles! Veggies were fresh. Chicken egg roll tasted great with the gyoza sauce and the white rice was on point. My main complaint is that itās on the pricier side for fast casual food but you get what you pay for! They have this crazy custom made fork/chopstick utensil I had never seen beforeā¦pretty cool haha. Service was good and the place was busy! Itās small with limited seating. The girl behind the counter was friendly contrary to other reviews. I do wish the order ETA was more accurate because I arrived 5 minutes early and my food was already ready on the pickup shelf. Will definitely have to try other menu...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me be very clear, they closed at 9:00 PM. We walk in at 8:06 PM and there is a woman cleaning tables and the guy taking the order says immediately āTo-Go right?ā I said no weāre eating in, and he goes āJust so you know we close at 9!ā Yeah thatās like 50 minutes. Small little back and forth with that and am already super uncomfortable as he made it very clear, we werenāt wanted to be dining in with almost an hour left until close. We wait 15 minutes, and our food is brought out to us and our nearly $14 JR bowl is cold. Was completely shocked that there was no one else there, we waited 15 minutes and the steak and rice was cold. My pregnant wife took a bite and lost all appetite. I go up and tell them itās cold, and the gentleman proceeded to tell me, well since we almost close the steak was made a while agoā¦ā¦ Mind you they donāt close for 30-40 minutes at this point. I then ask him if he can refund it and he says he can remake it āyou have plenty of timeā but a couple minutes ago, you close soon. Expressed my displeasure with how we were treated as soon as we walked in but the gentleman clearly didnāt care at all. Got the bowl refunded and will never be back at...
