McDonald's — Restaurant in Sharon

I went through the drive thru in downtown sharon and orderd three $5 dollar meals and a fish meal. We pay proceed to the second window for our food. The young man handed us our food and drinks and walked away. We noticed we only had 3 drinks and that my frappe was missing, so I decided to check the bags too, one of the four piece nuggets wasn't in the bags. When the young gentleman notices us still at the window he walks over and we tell him what's missing. He goes and grabs me frappe but tells me the manager knows he put it in the bag. I hand all the bags back to the kid and he checks it and sees that the nugget is missing. He walks over to the manager again comes back and says the manger said you must have taken it out. I ask for the manager to come over he walks over and tells me the same thing he knows he put it in there and that I have it. I told him he could come search the car if he wanted. He goes back grabs the nugget and hands it to me all ignorantly. I asked him what his name was he was like what for I already gave you the 4 piece but after asking again he gave me the name Jason. If I wouldn't have noticed my frappe was missing first I would have never checked my bags. For a manager to accuse a customer of removing and hiding an item from the bag is insane considering the fact you forgot my drink too. April 12 2025 1145am. I meet a client at McDonald for lunch. I was the only customer as my client arrived early and already had their food eating lunch. I stood at counter while a woman walked in circles struggling with frie orders for drive thru for 10 minutes. The guy from drive thru came over and asked if I needed anything. I then ordered a coke and was expecting to get a cup to get a drink. I stead I stood there another ten minutes as the only customer inside and then was asked why another employee coming in from some kind of break if I needed anything. I told her I ordered a coke. She then told the guy in drive thru I was waiting for a coke and told me I wasn't aloud to get my drink from the fountain in the dining room that I had to wait for them to get it. So I walked outside to talk with my client and wait for them to out the coke on the counter for me Came back inside and the same lady asked me if I needed anything. I then said I need that coke I ordered. She pointed at two drinks amongst a bunch of other food orders sitting on the opposite counter said it's over there. I felt uncomfortable reaching through other people's food orders to figure out which drink was so I stood there about 3 more minutes and then they finally handed me my drink. This store consistently continues to be the WORST fast food restaurant I've ever been to, with the WORST food quality and the most AWFUL customer relations/employees. Workers are rude. Often they'll be bickering among themselves and ignore the customers. Your order is almost ALWAYS wrong and often stale or lukewarm AT BEST. Shake machine ALWAYS "down". Seems no matter how small your order, you are stuck waiting for "ions" and at least 70% of the time you're told to pull forward because they'll have to bring it out to you. (which they will do, 10-20 minutes later, shoving bags at you wordlessly with a scowl- that is, unless you don't get curious after 10+ minutes and just go in yourself to find they FORGOT to bring your order out... ) I stupidly have continued to frequent this location at random intervals over the past 9 years as it's located close to my place of employment and I have short lunch breaks. To sum up: It's worth noting that it seems this location doesn't require their workers to be courteous- nor do they put much stock in accuracy, speed or quality.
