Burger King — Restaurant in Shawano

I will say it's upsetting when you pay for food and don't receive what you pay for, you receive food but not your order. So your suppose to drive this food 37 miles back to get your correct order, but she wants me to bring This food back in after it's been in my car three towns over and in my house. Guess covid concerns don't mean anything anymore. Just wow, sure she served it to someone. This is not a double king bacon burger with cheese yes bacon one side. 2nd this is not a impossible burger, it's a real beef burger. Yes they got a plain with cheese whopper correct. So I paid over 15. Dollars to get one burger correct. All I can say is WOW ask me to bring food back You rip bag out of my hands, take back in restaurant change food in bag and pretty much throw food at me saying it is a impossible burger. Ya now after you changed my food it is. 2nd bag thrown at me. I would have rather paid for the one burger and received my money back. I'm sure these burgers aren't safe to eat, after the attitudes. If I would've rated this location a month ago, I wouldve given it 3 stars, but the experience I had yesterday bumped it to a 5 star based on customer service alone. Previously having visited, I had waited for over 10 minutes in a drive through line and that was just to be able to place an order. It's a small town so the line wasn't THAT long! To me, having worked in thos industry before, 10 minutes to order is unacceptable. However, yesterday I went through for breakfast right at the 10:30 mark and placed my order. I was in the drive through line MAYBE 5 minutes in TOTAL! I then had to go through the line again 10 minutes later to order for a friend, and again, it was maybe 5 minutes in total. The gal at the window, may have been the manager??, remembered me and asked if I needed syrup with my previous order. She had me wait in the parking lot both orders because they had put some fresh food in for my orders. However I still didn't wait more than 3 minutes in the parking lot for either order. Because of this experience, I can consider frequenting this location again, giving it another try, because of the single gal at the window going...

This place deserves not even 1 star!!!! They Gave my 1 year old spicy chicken!! Chicken wraps were so damn cold I’m sure it wasn’t in the safe temp for eating. You guys are gonna kill someone. The place smells like a sewer is running though so I’m sure there’s a lot of cross contamination going on there. Honestly feel as though I deserve a refund. My kids and I better not end up with food poisoning. This place should be shut down. The workers obviously do not care and shouldn’t have control if someone gets sick or not. It’s truly not hard to ensure food is safe , clean and at the correct temperature ( as bacteria starts to grow ) I never stop at fast food for myself let alone my baby and kids and ofc the 1 time I do we are at high risk of food poisoning. ALSO if they see you coming in with kids after 5 pm they will be sure to close the play area ( not like we want to be in there looks like it hasn’t been cleaned...
