Culver’s — Restaurant in Shawano

The hottest new place in Shawano for the young at heart! Brand new store as of July, 2018 so everything is nice and new. They have four nice tables outside so you can enjoy the fresh air on a warm summer day. Of course, I always get the flavor of the day because I like variety and the opportunity to try something new. But their burgers are great, their fries are crisp, their refills on soda are free (making it a fantastic place to read your Bible). You can never go wrong with Cheese Curds - NEVER! And they have plenty on the menu for people who don't constantly dress themselves in the American flag. But I gotta say, the most unique and enjoyable part of our visit was watching the young new trainee (Weldon), with great enthusiasm make sure he not only got everyone's order correct, but actually ran to take orders out to guests waiting in their cars. I mean, he RAN! Way to go man. Anyone you work for will be blessed to have you on staff. I hear the pressure is on at a local dairy dessert establishment where it is forbidden to even speak the word "Culvers". But really folks, grab a meal with a friend, stop by after work or worship, or just swing by in the morning to have a cup of joe and check out the new joint in town. Shawano has been waiting for...

I really like Culver's and am super happy they have finally made it to shawano. I, however, have had repeated problems with the curbside service they offer on their app. It gives you times to select so your food is ready at that time but typically do not send the order back to the kitchen until you say you've arrived. Then you are sitting around waiting longer than just going through the drive thru. My last experience including ordering a single concrete mixer with nothing else in the order, after we arrived to pick up the order we sat and watched all the cars from the drive through come and go and even additional cars that placed their orders 5-10 minutes after the time we were told our order would be ready. My boyfriend had to walk in and ask them about the order. He requested a new one be made.

The workers happily remade it and gave us a couple coupons for our troubles which I am grateful for. However, the convenience of curbside services they offer have repeatedly proven that they are not as convenient as it is...

Once again culvers left items out of our order! When i called back i got a big "Whatever...!". Thanks culvers, and our reply is to never come back. We will be returning our order for our money back, too. You really should be good to your retired customers...we have the most disposable income.n we get together with other retired folks often so word spreads FAST. Shame on culvers n the owner n managers for not doing a better job n teaching these younger workers to be polite! This was at the Shawano culvers.
