I stopped in today while waiting on my oil change. I felt bad everything was running smooth and then they had the health inspectors come in. There were a few impatient customers during that time, and I just feel like every time I come in to this establishment, you ladies rock! You are so kind and between the drive thru and the customers inside you get it done with smiles. Lets all try to remember to be patient and kind, you never know what someone else is going through. The coffee is better than any coffee chain. Those bagel breakfast sandwiches are addicting, and the customer service and cleanliness is on point! Though staff is friendly there, and it's a nice atmosphere to hang out in if you're in no hurry at. I have tried to go through the drive through four times in the last couple weeks. Arriving at 7:20 am in the morning is crunch time for most working people. I've had to leave the drive through all four times because service has been so slow, and that's only having one vehicle in front of me. I don't have time to wait ten mins in line and wait another ten mins to get my coffee. That's ridiculous. There needs to be more staff on early in the morning. I'm proud to help out small businesses as much as I can. But with customer service this bad. If Starbucks would ever come to Shawano. This place would never see me again. It doesn't beat Starbucks customer service...

What a cute idea; a book store within a coffee shop. They had other cute knickknacks for sale as well.

We arrived just after 8am, I’m not sure if the staff wasn’t fully awake or just not super friendly. My husband said he felt like he was at a funeral home with the somber vibe.

I ordered the egg, cheese, tomato and avocado bagel, it was hot and delicious.. they even included a clementine in the bag which was so nice on a hot day. The blueberry muffins were fresh and flavorful.
