Fannita’s Bakery is wonderful! A big step above grocery store bakery fare. The bakery is delicate and tender, not overly sweet, and beautiful to look at. It’s the biggest treat when my grandchildren come to town. Cakes are so beautiful and delicious. And I LOVE the biscotti! Picture of cupcakes for my daughter’s baby shower!

I had heard wonderful things about the bakery so I knew this was were I wanted to get my daughter cake done. I called and pre ordered a cake two weeks prior. I talked with staff and everything was all set and I was told to email my design choice which I did. I hadn't heard anything leading up and I started to get worried and I tried reaching out and didn't get an answer. Three days prior to needing the cake I was told they had been on vacation (which I totally understand) and that she had just looked at my order. Well I needed a sheet cake and I was told the best she could do was an 8 inch round cake because they had been closed on vacation. So now I am left scrambling looking for a bakery that could do my custom cake sheet cake order at the last minute. Not completely sure why they wouldn't tell me when I called 2 weeks ago that they were going on vacation and because of that they might not be able to do my cake. I would have completely understood and I would have looked else where and tried Fannita's a different time. Now they left a bad taste in my mouth because they didn't handle...

Best wedding cakes!!! We had them do our wedding cake, and everyone raved about it, and I had family fighting over the poppyseed! We had them make a raspberry cake with raspberry filling, marble with custard, and then a poppyseed with lemon filling, and majority of our guests had 2 pieces of cake bc it was so fresh and everyone loved the flavors! We had people from Milwaukee up for our wedding asking where we got the cake bc it was so good! Was lied to, won’t come back.

I came in today specifically looking for cupcakes. I asked what kind of frosting they use, and the lady said “buttercream frosting.” I asked if the buttercream was made with shortening or actual butter. She told me it was made with butter.

Well, I got home and looked at the packaging. It said “buttercream frosting: powdered sugar, shortening.”

Why not just tell the truth so I don’t have to come back and...
