Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Shawano

I just visited the Shawano Little Caesars location and have never experience worse customer service anywhere. Started relatively fine, took a little extra explaining that we wanted bacon and pepperoni on one half and cheese on the other because some of our family doesnt eat meat but that was fine. Once we got home we found out our pizza was wrong and our breadsticks were stuck together and smothered in italian seasoning. I came back and was as chill about it as possible but the main female manager working 5/21/23 at 6pm became extremely defensive and angry about the mistake. She started just being short with me and not listening to what I was asking, then began yelling at me. She started cussing loudly about it in the back so I could hear, as I am begging her and her co-workers to listen that I genuinely didnt mind that much I just needed it corrected but again I was ignored and she continued.

I worked at the Kaukauna Little Caesars for one year as a crew leader I could NEVER imagine treating someone the way she did. I left with tears in my eyes as another man came up to me and said “did they mess up your order too?” Because his family order a stuffed crust Hawaiian and was given something else. I said “yes and when I asked for a remake they just screamed at me.” She gave me the wrong pizza with no breadsticks and made me leave the store, no refund and I had to pay $18. She stood at the door and watched me get in my car too. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

Kind of surprised they even have 3 stars. Went there at 6:30pm. Asked for the pepperoni and cheese bread half and half. The person at the front said “well I guess I have to make that” and ran to the back. Didn’t even ask if that completed my order. When she resurfaced, she asked if that was all. I said no I wanted to order another pizza- a deep dish. She rolled her eyes at me and threw her arms in the air- like it was my fault she didn’t ask if I wanted anything else. Didn’t ask want I wanted- assumed I wanted another pepperoni pizza and proceeded to make it. Like who orders two separate pizzas if I don’t want something different? While in the kitchen heard her dropping f- bombs, b-words along with damns. Now I could understand if we came in at closing but it was 6:30 on a Tuesday. They make pizzas right? This lady needs to go. (Grey short hair and tattoos-just a physical description not any judgement) If she is manager, needs to go. If she is franchise owner, she still needs to go. I have attempted multiple times at multiple times of day and multiple days of the week to place an order here. I've tried calling in, going in person, etc. etc. Every time I've visited during their posted hours (now no longer publicly posted as they literally removed the sticker from their door with hours) they are locked shut.

I've literally seen employees look at me through the windows and when I knocked on the glass door they blatantly ignored me. Don't waste your time.

You can try to call and the phone will ring and ring and ring for minutes and they won't answer even when there are 5 people there in the back that you can see through the windows looking right back at you.

My suggestion- go across the street to Papa Murphy's for a delicious take 'n bake pizza instead (order via their app for potential discounts too). You'll have wasted less time, gotten a better product for likely less money and have received much better customer service.
