"Alyssa's attitude and behavior are beyond unacceptable. I don't know who hired her, but her demeanor is far from professional. Her voice is not only unkind but also cold and sharp. I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience compels me to speak out. After dining here, my mother got severely ill, vomiting a few hours later, and she does not have a weak stomach. Alyssa made us feel utterly unwelcome, showing no respect for my service dog. She rudely insisted I carry him, despite me explaining he was a service dog. Her tone was devoid of any sympathy, which was truly disturbing.
This was not an isolated incident; every time we encountered Alyssa, she made our visits unbearable. An employee even confessed he disliked working at Arby’s, preferring McDonald's, hinting that Alyssa might be a significant part of the problem. We even tried avoiding her by visiting other locations, but fate had it that we ran into her in both Shawnee Locations.
Alyssa's presence has completely ruined our Arby’s experience. This isn’t a personal vendetta; we had never met Alyssa before our visits to Arby’s. Read moreFirst off, they got my order wrong. I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal, which is almost ten dollars. I recieved a classic beef and cheddar meal, which is almost 7 dollars. As I got into the bag further, there was some kind of chicken bacon sandwich, that I didn't order, that was burned to a crisp. I ordered potato cakes with my order, and when I was about done eating them, I discover someone's hair in my potato cakes. Then to top it off, I find a paper clip, yes a paper clip, that looked like it had spent a year or two on the restraunt kitchen floor, being trampled on, and then stuck in the deep fryer, then for some odd reason, placed with my food, in the bag. I have always loved Arby's, but I am oddly disgusted now and I will probably never visit an Arby's again, ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. And I also tried to call this location multiple times as soon as I discovered these problems, but amazingly enough, no one answers the phone, when there were about 6 workers in there when I went through the drive through. Read moreWe don't normally get fast food in this town due to there always being issues, but we decided to get arbys tonight after errands. Waited over 15 min for our food in drive through as they had us pull forward to take us out of the que, then when we came home to eat it, realized there were items missing from our order. We should not have given the place a second chance after this happened months ago (which I chalked up to it being the dinner rush) but goodness, it's a half hour drive to town and if you ask someone to "pull forward" to wait extra time on food, at least have the decency to make sure said food is in the dang bag. We called and nicely tried to let them know the issue so that we could get a refund for the items that we were charged for but didn't receive and the manager said that since the employees were new, that she "shouldn't have to issue" one.
