Worst experience! Don’t go here if you want the food you ACTUALLY ordered! They have not ONCE gotten a single order correct. They put a drink lid on my mashed potato, causing gravy to slosh around all over my bag and food. The manager there could care less, he put tenders instead of a chicken patty in my sandwich, pita mayo when you request no mayo, swapped my unsweet tea with a sprite, gave me regular chicken instead of spicy, and mashed potato instead of bombers, forgot my biscuits, forgot my pepper, forgot my sauces, and the list goes on and on. He never apologized, he doesn’t care. Most of my orders are through DoorDash and thus clearly written out. No special instructions, just ordered with the available app options. It’s like they purposely make sure my order is incorrect. Before at least they would apologize and offer to replace the food next time, but no, this manager Nimo, he wants me to drive there at 1030 pm because they don’t close til 11 and get the food now or there was nothing he could do. What if I don’t have a car? What if I can’t drive? What if I live more than 30 minutes away? He could care less, and this is the management! Honestly, most of the locations in the kc metro area will give you similar service. But I’ve had it! I’ve let it slide wayyyyy too many times. Read moreWorst experience ever nobody was in the drive thru so I pull up and order a #5 spicy chicken sandwich combo with extra crispy fries and a regular coke they tell me my total and I move up to the window I get to the window and they ask if I ordered a #4 I said no the spicy #5 with fries and a coke then they tell me the total again and I pay I get my receipt back and the oder I was charged for reads how I ordered it but upon receiving my food I had a biscuit instead of fries a diet coke instead of regular and a non spicy chicken sandwich nothing given to me was correct so I tried to call and get a refund since no part of the order was correct to which the manager just hangs up on me multiple times then when I do finally talk to someone they try to tell me they made it correct and that I was wrong that I said biscuit instead of fries even though my receipt says fries it really seemed like none of the coworkers were communicating because while I was waiting for my food another employee approached me and asked me to pay for another order that wasn't mine because she wasn't aware I had already paid I'd give 0 stars if I could all around...
Read moreI placed an order for 5 pc dinner through the drive thru for 6.99. I showed the coupon code at the window and paid for the order, but noticed I was charged 16.25. I showed again the coupon for the cashier to make it right. He began to yell for help and after couple mins, gave me my order. I asked for a receipt to show the refund of the difference...a few moments later, another guy came over to the window. I asked again that the correction be made and he simply said, "That is on you bro, since you didn't give me the coupon code at the window". I told him I showed the coupon prior to paying and the cashier acknowledged it. He simply kept saying it was my fault and he refused to refund the difference, or the order. I asked for the manager and he said "I am the acting manager. No one here speaks English or knows how to process a refund." It boggles my mind that no one on staff knew how to correct the order (let alone the "manager").
