I am leaving Pho Good a 2-star review and this is mainly due to the food. I ordered a pho with steak slices. The broth was ok (nothing impressive), it was a little darker than I expected it to be. What I was surprised about was that all the garnishes provided was CILANTRO, handful of bean sprouts and a couple slices of jalapenos and a lime slice. Where was the Thai basil, mint, thinly sliced onions or even spearmint or even Vietnamese basil? I would have settled for just cilantro and Thai basil. But no, only cilantro as the main garnish? I knew they had to have forgotten so I kindly asked the server with the owner standing there if they had any other herbs and they said that is all pho is served with...I was baffled. I said ok and just went back to my table. Additionally I ordered the fried shrimp and sweet potatoes. There were about 6 small shrimps total in a sea of sweet potato sticks and that was disappointing. I will not be getting pho here again. They also charge $12-$15 for a bowl. I know times are hard but they need to serve at least one more type of herb with a Vietnamese dish such as pho. Service was three star because the server was nice but they did not refill our drinks at all and once 9pm hit (though we were about to leave), he came over and told us it was 9pm and they close at 9pm. He did not say it rudely but just a matter of factly which is fine. Go to Vietnam Cafe or iPho Tower for pho. I will still come here though because it is pretty spacious but I will stick to the cold Vietnamese noodle bowls.

I've never tried Pho in my life so I really wanted to try something new and different. Especially with the dreary weather. It was such a great way to warm up. As soon as I walked in, it was a calm and serene experience. The music definitely sets the tone and welcomes you to relax. I was seated right away, the staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. I ordered the Pork Egg Rolls as an appetizer along with the Pho Good Special. The egg rolls were piping hot and delicious. The sauce the came with it was the perfect combination of sweet and sour. The Pho Good Special was savory! It contained flank steak ,meat balls, brisket and tenderloin. It was such a perfect way to warm up in the pouring cold rain today. They also had bubble tea drinks, I did not get one but when I come back I'm definitely going to grab one to go! I wish I would have gotten my servers name. She was an absolute sweetheart. Pho Good? Pho-mazing!!!

I call it "hangover soup" from my youth when I would go out on a Friday or Saturday night and have to pay for the ravages of drinking the next day. This was how we got over our hangover's. We'd all get in our cars and go have some Pho(sounds like "duh" but with an f sound. So try prounouncing "fuh" and then try stretching out the "uh" sound out a bit longer...so say "fuuuuhhh" ) to help us get over our hangovers faster and it seemed like for the most part it helped. Once re-nourished, our belly's full, we'd reflect on all the embarrassing things you do when you're drunk. I don't drink anymore , but I still crave this food. Here we are at Pho Good last Saturday night. Pho is a hot(as in temp) clear beef broth, skillyfully made from an Ox tail base and and rice noodles soup. The key being the broth, and theirs at Pho Good has been consistently good.

Dear Mr. Nyguen… we have eaten at this location numerous times and each time it gets worse and worse. This time was top notch- food poisoning city as well as a high class high way robbery. We ordered a spring roll plate, 1 large pho with extra meat, a vermicelli salad with chicken, and 2 lemon grass chicken plates. We didn’t even order drinks. Our bill was $$$59!!!!!!!! For rice and noodles and broth!!! We had our 4 kids, two in which are in diapers who eat like little mice and we were charged the 18% gratuity! Let’s break it down for quality. I couldn’t even eat the shrimp rolls because they tasted like the smell of a fish market. It was not edible and I did not want to get sick. The chicken was questionable as it was pink in the middle and the water that we were served was murky! Oh and the extra meat did not exist. All the plates were sticky like they were recycling the plates from the people before. We didn’t even receive basil which is truly a staple when it comes to ordering pho. We basically paid $60 bucks for two scoops of white rice since that was the only thing that was safe to eat. This is the end of the road for us with pho good as it is now no good.

Ps: check your soup spoons as my son found a dirty one in the stash. I won’t even mention the bathroom…. That’s another subject. I should have known better going there on a Saturday night and only seeing two other...

I really like Asian food so I decided to try Pho Good again since it's on the way home. I was disappointed once again because of the service and quality of food. The owner does come out once in awhile to ask how the food is but he's hard to understand. I've tried to explain to him that I was unsatisfied with the service but he just acts like he doesn't understand what I'm saying and walks away. There Waitresses also need some help learning the Menu. When you ask them a question, it seems like they don't understand English. When ordering my food, it seems really hard for them to know what I saying. Thats a big downfall, since usually I dont have alot of time to repeat myself over and over. Now about there Food, the Serving Size of there Dishes are a lot Less then the other Vietnamese Restaurants around. For there Pho, there Charging around $8.50 and its less meat & noodles compared to their competitors. I found a new spot that charges $7.30 and they give you double the amount. Pho Good's broth seems plain and needs alot of sauces to have more flavor. They've been open for about a year now and have already had 3 different Owners. That tells me alot right there! I just wish this place was better, I guess I will just have to eat Vietnamese Food at the other Restaurants...
