Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Shawnee

First of all there was about 9 employees there and three of those nine were busy on their cell phones. They would not ask you what you wanted on your sandwich they just took it upon himself to make it obviously the way the owner makes it, which was totally wrong to us. They didn't even ask us what kind of bread we wanted, they took it upon themselves to give us the hardest Bread they have in the store. All the toppings they had on the sandwich was so sloppy and Missy that you couldn't hardly eat it you need a towel instead of a napkin. They didn't give us any choice of different kinds of cheese on the sandwich. The sandwich was made so very quickly and it was so obvious to see why. It was because they do not have any interest in making the sandwiches correctly or to the customer satisfaction. I will never ever eat at this establishment again and I don't think my friend will be eating there either. To me it was a bad experience and would not recommend...

If I could, this would be zero stars but unfortunately I have to give them a star to write a review in order to warn others to never order a sub from this specific Jimmy John's. The bread is constantly old and hard. They really skimp on the meat and cheese. They have yet to give me a proper tasting sub in the last several times I've ordered. And what's worse than all of this? The last two times that I've ordered from this location they did not deliver my order to me nor call me to let me know that they couldn't deliver the order. Twice, in a row. "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me." I have learned my lesson properly now. I will never order from this Jimmy John's again. Today was the third day I've ordered Jimmy Johns' to be delivered during my lunch and it has taken an exponentially long amount of time to arrive. It's not freaky fast at all and the staff are all really rude. I called to cancel my order and requested confirmation that my payment had been cancelled and they told me there was no way they could confirm! They stated that my refund would be processed in 3-5 days. I asked what to do if it wasn't refunded and he told me to just call them back! I ordered over the phone and didn't receive an e-mail receipt or anything. If the refund doesn't make it to my account I have no proof that I even ordered let alone canceled my order.
