Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sheboygan

I wanted to get the kids out of the house during covid, and I called this Pizza Hut to make sure the dining room was open. We were told it was open and we had to wear masks to the table and maintain social distances. We were 100% OK with that and I got my three little kids bundled up (it was about 10 degrees) and in the car to go for a meal. When we arrived, it took a while to get somebody to even notice us even though the dining room was completely empty. The person at the counter disappeared into the back for what seemed to be a long time before they came came out and told us we needed to leave. No chat, no questions, just get out. When I asked why, I was told that they were only taking parties of three or less. Nothing at all was mentioned about this when I called. Nothing at all was any other signs outside the store telling you what the Covid restrictions were. Nothing at all until I had wasted my time, came down to that store, and was treated poorly in my opinion. Adding, this one star review has more to do than just this one instance. I’m writing a review because of this instance being the last straw, but there’s more. This store has been going downhill for a long time. We to use Pizza Hut as one of our primary deliveries for our Friday night family pizza night. Now, they rarely get an order from us. Orders are consistently wrong, they’ve been delivered to the wrong house twice, we’ve had items missing many times. No problem with dominos, and they got our order when Pizza Hut kicked us out. They apparently don't need our business, so we won’t be wasting their time...

So went here with my good friend yesterday to try there Wednesday pizza 🍕 buffet and I was really surprised at how good it was, everything was nice and hot 🔥 and fresh and tasted fantastic. It was really busy had to wait a few minutes till a place to sit opened up. The inside was nice and clean and well kept. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and the girl there waiting tables and cleaning and bringing drinks, piper I believe her name was super hard working and very friendly and welcoming and kind to myself and everyone in the building, so nice to see great coustomer service and just clearly a very nice person who likes there job and likes people, just refreshing. Honestly have not been to pizza hut in years but after last night I will be back for the Wednesday buffet there and I hope she Sheboygan community gives it a try as well as I believe if everyone gets the same experience me and my friend did then this pizza hut 🛖 is gonna thrive for a long time to come. 5 stars from me 💫💫💫💫💫 oh there cinnamon bread sticks oh wow are they...

I had an online order for a curbside pickup at this location and when I got there I didn't know where to park due to no signs that tells you where to park for curbside pickup and I had to call the store to let them know I was there and was parked in the parking lot past the 20 min mark that the online order stated. If your going to state you have "curbside pickup" have a sign where customers should park and "we as customers" shouldn't have to call in to let you guys know we are outside and left to wonder where we should be parking also. Pizza is really good but "soggy and warm pizza doesn't make it good. On top of that i had ordered a large half pepperoni and half cheese and the whole pizza was covered in pepperoni and they were...
