Cafe Bella — Restaurant in Sheboygan

Went to this café around 9. A.m. to grab myself a meal, I had three drinks in which I finished 5 minutes after receiving them including quite warm Orange juice, seriously man,,,,,,, people like their OJ cold not warm. After that I hadn't been offered anymore drinks at all despite watching my waitress fill cups all around me and passed by me four times, she hurriedly gave me my check halfway through my meal (bumrushed out the door), right after that I realized I needed to go get a drink myself. When I told the host/hostess he claimed it was busy(not that busy/ he didn't care). I'm a youngeon with long hair so I believe I did not give a good first impression, I also had to steal a carryout box from the kitchen because I couldn't ask my waitress and the guy I asked didn't give me one either. Despite all of this I still managed to tip her, although at a fraction of what it could have been. :'(. The food was alright though. We come here quite a bit on sundays for breakfast and even though they are consistently packed these people have this business together. Their service is typically impeccable, and the lady that runs this place takes customer service very seriously, which is huge these days, given the lack of it at most places. I would recommend this for a breakfast place every time. The food is always good and like I said the customer service is on point every time. There can be a ton of people there, and they still somehow have a system down where you don't have to wait that long.

If I could recommend one thing to this business, it would be to have the wait staff.Tell the customers about your daily specials before they order. There have been several times where I did not see the specials on the board until we were checking out.And if I had seen, I would have ordered one of them. Just...

I visited Cafe Bella for a lunch during a Monday early afternoon. The parking lot and entry was clean, and the staff was super friendly.

We were immediately seated and offered our menu and drinks. The server was quick, friendly and attentive.

My party ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and the chicken noodle soup. We also had someone order the bacon chicken wrap.

The soup came very quickly and was absolutely fantastic.

The main course arrived before I even finished the soup. The presentation was clean. The burger was wonderful! It was juicy and cooked perfectly. The fries were crisp and delicious.
