Geno Nottolini's Pizza — Restaurant in Sheboygan

I never rate places. But i had to rate Genos/Mi Ranchito because my family orders from here all the time and we love they're food! Never had a problem with theyre food, always done fast, always taste amazing, always great customer service. Plus they have $1 tap beer! Cant go wrong with that. I love coming here for Mexican food, and today i decided to try theyre enchiladas, I was NOT disappointed. Beyond amazing, I dont understand why theyre are so many complains, sometimes restaurants have bad days (trust me i would know I used to work in a restaurant) I always say try giving the place a second try! Cant judge from one mistake. Although they are really busy all the weekends I still come here on the weekends with my friends! Because they play good music, they play a little bit of every genre! We are from MN and found this pizza place on Google Maps. I was able to place an online order. Times on Google said they were open from noon to 12:45 AM, their online ordering system allowed order to be submitted. We got an online notification pizza will be ready at 12:30 PM that day. My brother who is also coming for a vacation notified me this business was not open based on a screenshot he shared with me. I tried to call the pizza place three times on Sunday beginning at 12PM to confirm their hours and nobody answered the phone. I called the merchant after getting a text today that our pizza was ready (when we are headed back home) and requested a refund for the amount of pizza plus tip. Manager said no because it was ready on time claiming today was the day for it to be ready when I placed the order on Sunday. She said they are open every day from noon to 12:45AM and she said there was nothing she could do since it was through another merchant the order was...

My first experience with this restaurant was HORRIBLE. We ordered a thick crust, extra crispy pizza which came as ordered and was pretty decent. We ordered the Shrimp and Angel Hair pasta which was supposed to have a wine sauce. What we received was spaghetti that was cooked in either unsalted or under-salted water which, if you don't know, tastes horrific. The depth of flavor was a complete MISS. I love angel hair pasta and this was definitely NOT angel hair. This dish was also swimming in water!! If it was the pasta water, it definitely wasn't salted. The second pasta dish was the Tortellini with meat sauce. Again, cooked in unsalted water and swimming in additional water in the container.
