100/100 – A Phenomenal Experience at Da Francesco's

I recently hosted a small but meaningful celebration for my daughter’s graduation as an MD, and I could not have asked for a more perfect place than Da Francesco's

Originally, I had booked another restaurant with a patio, but just a week before the event, I found out there were no warmers or coverings as promised. I was on a tight timeline after already sending out the invitations, so I began calling around frantically.

Then came Da Francesco's from the very first call, I was touched by the warmth and professionalism of the woman handling reservations. She was incredibly helpful, calm, and completely on top of everything. Her energy and attentiveness immediately made me feel at ease.

When I visited the restaurant to taste the food and check out the space, I was blown away. The place was bustling over 500 people waiting to be seated and yet the atmosphere was full of love, joy, and vibrant energy. I met the owner, Dominic, who greeted me with the warmest smile. His wife, Kim, is an absolute doll gracious, kind, and ensures that customer service is nothing short of phenomenal.

The food? Absolutely divine. I tried the seafood platter, seafood salad, house salad, pasta, filet mignon, and chicken marsala all were to die for. I also ordered two servings of the Italian rice balls and oh my God… they were insanely good crispy on the outside, flavorful and comforting on the inside. Every bite was unforgettable.

On the day of the event, Shirley, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as promised actually, even better. She was in constant communication with the owner and was completely up to date with every menu change I made. Her attention to detail made everything run smoothly.

The service team was just as impressive. Nick at the bar, Nicola our waitress, and every single server greeted us with a smile and treated us like family. They were attentive, cheerful, and completely on top of their jobs. It was unreal hospitality at its finest.

My guests couldn’t stop talking about the beautiful banquet space, the warm ambiance, and the incredible food. Da Francesco's is more than a restaurant it’s a heartfelt, five-star experience. If I could give it 100 out of 100, I would do it in a heartbeat. It’s worth every penny.

Our experience at this Italian haven was nothing short of exceptional, and it has swiftly earned its place among our favorite family dinner destinations.

From the moment we stepped into DeFrancesco, the warm and inviting ambiance, along with a busy but cheery hostess, set the stage for a memorable evening. The tasteful decor and cozy atmosphere provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering, creating an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home.

However, it was the culinary journey that truly stole the show. The menu at DeFrancesco is a testament to the artistry of Italian cuisine, offering a delightful selection of dishes that cater to every palate. The attention to detail and commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every bite, making our dining experience truly extraordinary.

Our server, Jordan, played a pivotal role in making our evening so special. Jordan's outstanding service went above and beyond our expectations. Her knowledge of the menu, coupled with a genuine passion for ensuring our satisfaction, elevated our dining experience. Attentive, friendly, and efficient, Jordan added a personal touch that made our celebration at DeFrancesco truly memorable.

As a family, we take our annual Christmas dinner tradition seriously, and DeFrancesco has now secured its place as a cherished part of this festive ritual. Its hard to put in to words how great the service at Da Francescos is. The experience is phenomenal from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. The owner Domenic is amazing and is always actively walking around making sure service and food are great. His wife Kim is just as amazing as she is actively making sure everything is in check. The food is on a scale of its own! The only thing I dont like about this place is how amazing all the entrees are. I find myself always looking at the menu undecided on what to order because everything is just so divine. Some dishes I suggest to make your life easier are Pollo Caruso, Tortellini creamy pesto with breaded chicken, lobster ravioli, lasagna, mammas meatballs, pasta Soprano are some of the great dishes they have to offer although everything is fantastic. All the employees from the Hostess to Chef are amazing and truly care about your experience at the Da Francesco restaurant. Nick U, Kristina, Antonio G, Antonio K, Nicole, Julia, Sophia, Mitch, Jason, Paloma and Karen are among my favorite employees. Jason is a great bartender and makes my drinks with passion. My busser Antonio G and Ivan were phenomenal. The managers Antonio K, Sophia and Mitch are always attentive. Johnny and Gianni the Italian singers that come every Friday are amazing singers and will brighten your spirit with Italian music. If you come to this restaurant make sure to request Julia, Nicole, Karen, Kristina or Nick U.
