Went in your establishment today 9/7 at 5 :30 pm. Upon walking into this empty Dunkin Donuts no customers at all There were 2 employees behind counter They never looked up they never said Hello or anything. My friend had a question about her drink and asked and was barely even answered To be quite honest I almost walked out from being treated like we did not belong there I ordered a Caramel Macchiato. We paid and left and decided we would not go back the atmosphere was ridiculous I have managed a restaurant I know this is not how customers need to be treated After taking a drink of my drink I QUICKLY realized the coffee was burnt so we turned around and went back I walked back thru door and once again I was treated like I wasn't even there and again no customers except for the car at drive thru...I finally just said this coffee is burnt I cannot drink it at that time there was a customer she waited on him and still did not acknowledge me being there There was a lady that came from back and fiddled around with coffee machine and FINALLY she handed me another drink and still the same it was burnt I told her to please fix me a Chai Tea and she never looked up never acknowledged me at all after about 10 minutes she fixed my drink and I left I have read your reviews hear and wished I had read them before I went from now on I will....Maybe they could try a little kindness and you might have some business in Shellbyville. Won't be back

First, I ordered an iced latte and food, and the woman that took my order (the manager), was super rude and acted like taking my order was such an inconvenience. Then, I get my food and I am still waiting on my drink. It took around 10-15 minutes after I had received my food, to get my iced latte. And I'm almost positive I saw one of the employees giving my coffee to another man. Not organized or attentive at all. I went to the counter and finally asked for my latte after 15 minutes and it still took them a while to make it. While I continued to wait on my latte, I had seen the employees do nothing but chat and laugh. Acting as if I wasnât even there, and neglecting the customers patiently waiting at the drive-through. One of the male employees was throwing something at another employee and just playing around as if they are not at work. I love getting the Refreshers, sometimes iced coffee, donut holes & the ham egg and cheese muffins are So Good!!! lately I've been ordering online on the App thinking it would be faster. NOPE. I put drive thru pickup bc I have kiddos and don't want to take long .. twice I've had to wait like 30 minutes! No joke. I mean there were cars in front of me but you would think drive thru service would be quicker than going inside. Not sure what's going on and I'm not judging or anything. Just giving y'all a heads up to anticipate a wait. I LOVE DUNKIN so I don't mind the wait.
I had an appointment at 10. Left my house at 9 made it to DD by 9:05 and wast leaving DD by 9:35from waiting. Thankfully made it on time. But next time I'll do walk in instead and see how that goes.
Update* walk-in definitely worked better for me. The workers are so nice and are extremely busy in the morning so If you go be nice...
