McDonald's — Restaurant in Shelbyville

I have NEVER been treated the way I was around 6 pm on October 11th! The little older dyed red haired woman was the first to acknowledge another customer and I were even there after 5mins. I started explaining about a milkshake she interrupted me, "That's not my job", stormed in the back and a manager came up. Rung up the milkshakes. When she was there watching him I told her that I also had an order. She asked the other customer there, "what do you want?" Customer says just the 2 drinks I ordered. She slams an order on the pickup counter, "Allen" and stormed off. She threw down the customers drinks. She finally comes back to the counter and actually said, "What?!" She went to the bags pulled out the reciept from the bag for Allen. There's our number. I'm Steph. She didn't try to hand it to me she threw it down in the counter and stormed away. Rediculous! I guess I will only go here at night when the decent people are working. The wonderful lady from last night made sure we were given a free milkshake because we weren't able to get one (the machine was doing something) after we already paid the app That's the reason we stopped in and also ordered food. Very disappointed and VERY angry.

About 1/4 to 1am Tuesday morning. One of the guys (I believe he had a beard) was very personable, chipper and seemed glad to be there. I asked for a side of pickles because usually when you order extra pickles it means 2 slices. I love my kids meals, nostalgia I guess with another burger. They were perfect. Brought me back. The fries were hot and the fry holder things were stuffed. Boyfriend said they could use a little longer in fryer. He also recommends going with the MC Chicken instead of the MC crispy but... I've thought less of this McDonald's before but tonight (morning)...

Ordered a breakfast meal, and on the first window she gave us our food and made us move on to the second window because we had to wait for our Frappes. She forgot to give us picante sauce for my burritos so we asked her after she handed us our drinks for some and she was going to tell us to come around again just for the sauce because she was “the only one here” but turned out she had some within arms reach so we got some. The drive thru wasn’t busy at all, nobody was behind us in line. So Ms. Attitude was going to make us go around again for no reason when it was her fault she didn’t put the sauce that was asked for. We also ordered more items and we just decided to just go around again cause no big deal and she already acted like she couldn’t get us the sauce if it wasn’t right there so then we pull up and she looks at us weird and goes “Uhhhhh I gave you your picante sauce.” With major attitude, okay and? Look at your screen there was literally one car in front of us and gone within seconds is it not obvious that we ordered again? So I said nicely that we ordered again. Check your attitude lady we were very nice to you even with you attempted ridiculous request. Talking about “Go around again I’m the only one working.” For a sauce that you forgot? And liarrrrr you weren’t the only one working we saw 3 different people talk to us at the window. And again the drive thru was not busy at all, literally a dead drive thru. I can even post our dashcam footage to be petty. Girl, please. It sucks that I have to rate this place lower because of this, imo this is the better McDonald’s and everyone that has served us so far has always been nice except...

Yesterday I went to get food and they gave me unsweetened tea. So I went back for a sweet tea. I decided going inside might be faster but I was wrong. I stood at the counter for a minute and then used the restroom and came back to the counter. An employee left the restroom and went behind the counter and to the back. Never told anyone that there's a customer up front. So I waited. And then saw people walking around back there. No one acknowledged me. That's humiliating to be ignored like that when I know people saw me. So I went thru the drive thru anyways and ended up paying for a new drink even though they messed up my order. Another time a lady tried to make me take an order that wasn't mine. She kept insisting that it was my order even though I told her it wasn't. And another time I was completely ignored by the girl at the window. She couldn't be bothered and just shut the window in my face in the middle of me telling her thank you multiple times. I wanted to like this one because the other macdonalds is always out of something I want but honestly I'm going to stick with that one, because at least they don't ignore or make customers feel bad. Also the outside drive thru line will let 3 or 4 cars go ahead of the inner drive thru line. It happened to me and I was there first but it took forever for anyone to even take my order. Retrain your rude uncaring...
