UPDATED REVIEW: Originally gave this place 4 stars based on 5 different experiences. All meeting expectations and consistency. Since then everything has gone downhill. Most of the time the customer service is rude and act like they hate their job. One experience included my girlfriend going to pick me up a pizza and a young girl was working the drive through window clearly exclaiming that she hated her job. I feel bad for the workers that actually do their job correctly here, because it isnt all of them its just some of them.This time was pretty rough. My girlfriend ordered a pizza and asked for extra sauce. Not only did they over charge her and have to fix it but when we got home it was obviously an old hotbox with no extra sauce. Normally, I'd have a good review for a place. I am afraid I was disappointed with our pizza tonight. I know, I know... I went for cheap pizza. Tonight's pizza was either burned or sat in the hot box too long. IT WAS CRUNCHY, BURNED, DRIED, AND VERY HARD TO EAT. We didn't reheat it to cause this. It was given to us like that. We ate a few bites and decided it was horrible. My family started literally comparing it to the hardness of a milk bone dog treat. They even banged it on the table causing the glass plate to ring. Best Little Caesars Pizza I have ever ordered from. The man that works the register he is extremely friendly and if he thinks that the pizza in the pizza babysitter thing is old he will make you a new pizza in a flash. I've heard him on a couple different occasions and including myself ask how our day was and actually listens to what you say and communicates with you. A decent price pizza is one thing but having someone that actually takes the time to listen to his customers to me makes that decent price pizza even more worth it. And sir if you by chance see this.
