Went to get a family pack & after I fed my family of 5. I was eating and about to take a bite there's an insect at the bottom of the container then I called about someone named Lacey tells me to call in the morning that's not cool I'm doing this cause businesses especially in this town they feel their untouchable when it comes to business and customer service it's your responsibility to send out quality food that's supposed to be free of insects and anything else that is considered unsafe & unsanitary if you manage to stop by here you might want to recommend they hold the bugs

Update: So they refunded my money back offer something else but frankly there was no sincere apology no concern that I literally almost ate that insect nor concern with the fact that my husband one year old daughter or 6 year old son n friend ate out of that container just here's a refund for it and what kind of insect did it look like and can u waste your gas to drive back into town to us mind you I live near unionville no thank you your services will never be needed and I will be telling family and friends about my experiences as well.. That is just poor business and services as well as food... Good luck people enjoy the good and such awesome customer...

Two stars because the food was okay and the employee at the window was nice. However, I worked at another Whitts location years ago and the gallon of sweet tea I ordered, I'm 99% sure is a washed out vinegar container and it smells like sewage from the building (prob the vinager smell). But the building does smell like sewage. That's absolutely not acceptable. Building is extremely run down and the bun tag on the buns says "best by Nov23" Do better. If you can't afford the proper items to run a food business then shut it down. Won't be back. We'll stick to our small...

I called last week from Ohio to see about the possibility of picking up catering for my nephews 1st birthday party which starts at 11 on 8/2. This location doesn’t open until 10:30, but Lacie (sorry if I spelled that wrong) told me she could have it ready around 9:45-10a. I just went and picked it up and I’m beyond grateful that you went above and beyond to help me out. Flying to Tennessee and trying to get this taken care of for my sister was stressful enough.
