Got a plain pizza and mozz sticks. Pizza was alright but I couldn’t tell you about the mozz sticks. Never in my life have I ever seen people just toss open mozzarella sticks with sauce into a paper bag. I was holding the bag vertically thinking that the food was in a closed container since the bag was taped shut, and the bag disintegrated due to the sauce. The sticks landed all over my pants, dog, and welcome mat. Took them 30 minutes to make my food and I didn’t even get to eat all of it.

I reached out to customer service, they in turn needed to call the restaurant directly. The representative spoke with the manager of Artans, who said that this is well done and if I wanted it cooked more I should've asked for "crispy". At least the pizza was edible.

I always order from Artans, they have great food & usually are very nice people. WELL today 6/22/17 Thursday I ordered a chicken salad from them & as soon as I get to the last bite literally I see a damn bug! 😡 I thought maybe it can be something else apart of the salad but nope I can see the antenna very well . I then called Artans up to tell them what's going on. The First Lady says " Well no one has complained about that today " . . For starters what does anyone else have to do with my food & what's in it . So she then put the owner on the phone & the owner says " well I can't refund you because you ate most of the salad & im the one who made it & I didn't see anything, all I can do it give you 10% off your next purchase" reasonable because the salad is basically gone but 10% off as much as my family & I order? Not only was their tone completely rude, this is disgusting, & they could've handled it...

Aryana was once my favorite pizza spots in the area NOW ITS HORRIBLE ! Pizza gets cold quick the pizza is like cardboard and the marinara sauce use to be amazing Now it taste like the container they serve it in. Time to find a new Spot they will not be getting my money anymore. Also I’ve found hair not once but twice in my food from the female workers yeah that’s my fault for believing in there service when I should have left the first time the hair was in my food but hey u live and learn . Currently had one slice and my stomach hurts I believe the marinara sauce...

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!!! BEWARE! MY FAMILY ORDERED PIZZA, WINGS AND MOZZARELLA STICKS FROM HERE AND WE GOT SICK. I WAS THROWING UP ALL DAY AND HAD DIARRHEA MY NEPHEW AS WELL. SOMEONE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING AND GETTING PEOPLE SICK. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. WINGS ARE DISGUSTING WET TASTE LIKE WALMART FROZEN WINGS WITH HOT SAUCE ON THEM, BEYOND SALTY. PIZZA WAS NOT GOOD TASTE LIKE HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA PIZZA. MOZZARELLA STICKS WERE DISGUSTING!
