Tonight was the second interaction I had with the guy behind the counter. I didn't catch his name but he's in his mid to late 50's. Both times I dealt with him I was picking up doordash deliveries. The first incident there wasn't a receipt attached to the order so I asked for a receipt. In a very flippant and rude tone he said they'll have a receipt on their phone. Fair enough.... However he's not the person that decides who can and who can't get a receipt. However, I let it go because only a crazy person would argue over a receipt.
Skip ahead to tonight. Another doordash order and it's the same guy. When I saw the order I mistakenly thought I only saw two orders of bread sticks. However the order was breadsticks and a 6"pan pizza. When I asked about the pizza he immediately became hostile and repeating there's only one breadsticks and one pizza. I said yeah, at first I didn't see the pizza. Didn't matter to him. He became very aggressive which caused me to start yelling back. I could have acted more mature than I did but this is the second time jes acted like that to me. If he isn't the owner or manager he should be terminated. Because I doubt I'm the only customer he treats like that.
A little side note. This past Thursday my wife and kids ordered pizza from the same location. We had really good pizza and service. The only thing different was that guy...

Tonight, they forgot our soda (delivery at 8:40) I asked the driver about it and she said she would come right back with it. 35 minutes later I called the store to check on the status and was told nobody knew anything about it and she wasn’t coming back, but they would send someone out with it. Called back about 45 minutes after that (10 pm) and was told that nobody was sent with it but someone could come now……
It’s a Tuesday evening, our food came at 8:40, this was now 10 pm. I wish they would have just said it couldn’t be delivered to begin with instead of giving me the run around.
