I just door dashed an order. There was a missing item so I called the store and let them know that I was going to text the driver to see if he could bring me the missing burrito. I live in town and a previous door dash experience with a different fast food restaurant was resolved like this. Quick and easy resolve. The manager, Kevin, refused to make the missing burrito if I were to send the driver back. He said he would only make it, if door dash sent the burrito to his screen to make. I told him that's not how it works, they will refund it to my account, but he should just replace it instead, he could probably recall the order, as it was made in the last 10 minutes. He literally told me no and treated me like I was scamming for a free burrito. He even asked for a receipt, but they do not give the drivers the receipts because their prices are different than door dash prices. I paid EXTRA for the missing burrito because I bought it through door dash. I work in the service industry also, in a fast food restaurant, I would NEVER tell a customer no (unless they were being inappropriate or if the request makes me violate company policies). I was making a simple request, for him to fix their mistake. Again, he refused. I told him I was going to give him a bad review, still did not change his mind. So, Kevin, here's your bad review...you are not a good fast food manager. In the service industry, you should do everything you can to make every customer experience the best you can. That includes fixing something you or your team messes up. I wasn't asking anything out of you, the most put-out person in this situation would have been the delivery driver, having to make 2 trips. My burrito was probably still sitting there or wasn't made to begin with, so no extra cost to your...
Read moreI ordered a 12 pack of tacos, along with a three burritos, a chicken bowl, and 2 cheese quesadillas to eat during the playoffs. The meat in the tacos was not strained (if that's what they do) properly, and the meat was so greasy that they were completely uneatable. The soft taco tortilla was a soggy mess from the meat grease, and the soggy meat was just flat out gross tasting. No one wanted to eat a taco. It was rather disappointing considering the 12 pack of tacos are so expensive. I ended up not eating that night--because I had choosen the tacos--after spending $70 on food.
It may have been an off night for them, but with food costing so much more now ($70 for the few items we got), it feels like it's more difficult to be understanding when mistakes or shortcuts are made. When the food is cheap, it's easier to shrug off the quality for price. Taco bell is no longer a...
Read moreThis Taco Bell has always served me exactly what i ordered. And its always been hot & delicious. But today I ordered the CM #4 Which is a crunchwrap supreme, a regular taco (which I swapped for a soft beef taco) & a large drink. Then I ordered another crunchwrap supreme, a side of guacamole & a Senior drink. When I got home, about 18 miles away, my son & I started eating our Taco Bell lunch. Turned out my crunchwrap Supreme was vegetarian & my sons was a bean crunchwrap supreme. It was very disappointing to start eating & find out its not what you wanted. My son got sick from eating about half of his crunchwrap supreme with beans & no meat. He dislikes beans as they make him sick. When I called to file a complaint they said next time I'm in town to come-by & they would replace the crunchwrap supremes. Which I...
