This store does not follow beverage standards and managers are completely apathetic to fixing the problem. They will mess up your drink. Go to another Starbucks.

Look, I get it. It's important to be inclusive and give elderly people like Friday with mental handicaps fair opportunities. But there are just some roles that are too fast paced for this, including being a supervisor at a coffee shop. When I asked her today again after receiving a wrong drink why she always gets my drink wrong her reply was "we make it to your specifications" despite the fact I order on the mobile app and the ticket is printed on the cup and doesn't match what's inside. When pressed further she said, "well I didn't make your drink," despite being the shift supervisor on duty.

If your first inclination as a manager is to lie and blame the customer and your second inclination is to pass the buck in a vain attempt to cover up your own inadequacies as a supervisor then you shouldn't...

I should've known better the staff would do something like this at first made 1 drink then the other staff says she has 2 more drinks the second one was made. Trying to send me on my way with out the 3 drink I explained that the 3rd drink was a 1 shot americano hot what the staff made iced americano I asked what's this I asked for hot venti americano. Ordered a drink yesterday with no vanilla syrup but got the drink with the syrup anyway, no big deal. I came back today for the same drink and the milk in it is curdled pretty badly. This location just opened recently, it is surprising that they have even been here long enough for this to happen. Unfortunately I arrived at work for my closing shift prior to trying my drink so I am unable to even go get another today.
