My husband and I were driving up from spending the weekend in Galveston and we stopped at the location in the Woodlands. He walked in and ordered two number 12s (beach clubs).
When we got back on the road and started to eat the sandwiches we realized there was no meat in the sandwich (either sandwich). I called the store and kindly asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to a woman. I told her what happened and she asked me to bring the sandwiches back into the store and I told her we were already back on the highway and that we weren’t going to turn around. I asked her if she’d be willing to refund us and she started to argue with me and tell Me that she saw the person making our sandwich and that there was meat on the sandwiches. I told her I’d be happy to send her a picture of the sandwich and she just continued to argue telling me she knew without a doubt there was meat on the sandwiches. I then asked for the franchisee name and she refused to give it to me and hung up. When I called back multiple times no one answered.
In all of my life I’ve never experienced someone being so flat out rude. She basically called me a liar. I am shocked and extremely disappointed. We go to Jimmy Johns often in our hometown and it makes us not want to patronize this franchise anymore. Very sad and frustrating experience.
Date 6/8/25 around noon. The woman I spoke to sounded fairly young and Hispanic. I do hope she will get some additional training on how to work with customers. If this was my business I wouldn’t trust her behind the counter working...

I'm not one to normally write reviews, but I called in an order for delivery and the first guy hung up on me when I tried to explain he could put in my cell phone number the way I always do when I call from my work phone in order for my delivery address to come up on the screen. I called back when we hadn't received the order an hour later, and the same guy hung up on me again when I asked him the status. He said 'It's on its way' without knowing any information. I said how do you know and he said the caller ID, and I said I didn't make the call from this phone. He then hung up. When I called back another person answered, and I explained how rude the prior person was when I spoke to him TWICE. He said "I'm sorry, we're busy". Last time I checked, that's not an excuse to treat your customers like that especially ones that consistently order from you....
Read more-This location is bad, simple as that. The sandwich fixings are basically frozen and the sandwiches are barely held together.
-The staff is the most unprofessional, of all Jimmy John's I've been to I'm the city. I'm very sure the cashier and person in charge weren't sober.
They over charged me deliberately. I wanted specific things for my kids orders but instead of recommending the most affordable way to get it, they told me I could only order a certain way and charged me WAAYY too much for the extras.
-My wife complained and the manager in charge acted like he didn't understand what she meant and had an abhorrent attitude. There was no attempt to understand or correct the issue.
