"April 12, 2019. 12:20 PM I ordered my roast beef sub online got the email confirmation, (Order ID:AAA35HLV8SAD) When I went to pick up my order they told me that they never received my order. I went home and tried to cancel the order and that didn't work either. I got a message stating "Your order could not be cancelled because it is already being prepared." So had to print the email confirmation and make a second trip back to Lenny's. I asked for a full refund and after about 5 minutes and 3 different people I was issued a refund to my credit card. I would have thought the store manager would have handled it much differently by apologizing and immediately making the sandwich that I ordered and offering some form of compensation but that didn't happen either. So instead of making it right and keeping a customer they just gave a weak apology and let me go on my way. Luck for me there is a JIMMY JOHN'S about 100 yards away. I went to JIMMY JOHN'S and got my roast beef sub and was in and out in under 2 minutes without any issues. Lesson learned, stick with Jimmy John's, make one trip and have...

Walked in and was the only customer there. Ordered a mile high turkey but specifically mentioned it needed to be toasted and that the meat needed to be heated thoroughly because of pregnancy - deli meat can carry a bacteria that can affect an unborn child. Got my sandwich which was a nice cold cut but definitely not what I ordered. Has to go back in and have them redo it. The guy at the register was super nice and accommodating and asked the guy in the back to fix it.

Got my sandwich “fixed” but it looks like they just smushed everything back together and heated up the meat…

Bathrooms were clean but the trash can was rusting. Toilet was also running, so they’ll be a fun water bill. Trash can looks like it needs to be replaced soon.

I’ve eaten here before with no issues, so maybe an off day? I’ve eaten at the spring location last week and they had absolutely no issue with the sandwich and it seemed to be way better made and tasted better than this...

I haven't been to a Lenny's in years and I was craving a Philly cheesesteak, which I'll usually go to Pappa Geno's if I'm in that area, but they're way down off Westheimer and Westheimer during certain times of the day is simply a nightmare, so I decided to stop in. The young girl at the counter was extremely friendly, I didn't have to wait long for my order at all maybe 5 minutes give or take, and the sandwich was quite delicious.

The trip was definitely worth it and I have every intention of returning to this location since I was given such excellent service. This is a fantastic alternative to Pappa Geno's, plus I swear the sandwiches are bigger so yea, really awesome first impression. I look forward to going back and maybe even trying out some of...
