Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Shenango Township

Terrible customer service. I had two negative incidents. I dined with my family and found two hairs in my son’s meal. A month later, I ordered a sweet tea with my meal through the drive-thru, realized later it was non sweetened tea. I didn’t have enough time to go back due to my lunch break time limit. Later, I went after work and they refused to give me a sweet tea due to it being hours later. They asked me to come inside in order to talk to the manager. I asked for the manager to come to the window twice. After some time, I was asked to pull up and when she (the manager) opened her window, she babbled, not letting me talk, shoved the sweet tea and 5 packages of sugar into my hands. Very rude to say the least! I drove up to the second window and a worker who said he was the other manager opened his window after seeing that I was not going anywhere, acted as if he didn’t know anything, didn’t offer my money back, or a coupon. I explained what happened and all he could said was, “I am sorry.” This restaurant needs better management and customer service. Her attitude and acts were unprofessional and non conducive with the basics of serving an individual. Whoever owns this Dairy Queen should be so...

Sat in line for 10 minutes on a hot day to get cones at the end melted with a thumb hole in the cone. When I asked for them to replace it they walked around the corner, came back and handed me the same ones. Melted now more...with a hole in one. I pulled away and called a very rude manager, young guy who said they were replaced ,was extremely rude and hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. I messaged the owner on Facebook telling her details about the actions of her employees. Never answered me....No reply. Never went...

Half of my $50 order was wrong, and two items were missing. When I asked for missing items and a sandwich and drink correction, the shift manager was very obviously angry about the request and wouldn't give me a chance to talk. She kept storming away to the kitchen and yelling to the other staff that she wasn't going to argue with me, shouting loud enough for the whole store to hear. It was so embarrassing. I still ended up leaving without one of my missing items. I will drive across town to avoid going back to...
