I brought my sister Betty and a friend Lisa today with me and I made appointments for us online with Rena because she did such a great job with me and my friend the last time we went. I also talked my sister into coming and getting her hair cut and she has not been to a salon for a long time and her hair needed cut badly. Well we all got our haircuts and we all loved the cuts. Rena is very good at her job and she seems to enjoy her customers. My sister Betty and my friend Lisa told me that they will continue to come and get all their hair cut, styled, colored and products from Rena because they feel she listens to them and if it is something that they should not do she explains why! I know that she will be doing my hair for a long time! Thank you so very much Rena...

Went here a couple weeks ago only wabt to get a trim and get my dead ends off, I used very specific wording such as trim and showed how much i wanted off,and i had hair touching my back, the hairstylist proceeded to ignore my wishes and take off double the amount of what i showed with my hair barely reaching my neck, and when i try to stand up for it she was incredibly rude and said i wasnt communicative enough. She ruined my life and mental image idk what her name is she didnt give i, but she was young with short curly hair. If i could get a refund i would. Don't go here if you want them to listen to your wishes. It doesnt help when i hear other hairstylist in the back mocking and saying "wow youre really chopping...

Walked into New Castle state street location at 940am Tuesday Nov 16th. I sat for about 5 minutes inside with no employee around. Finally someone came from.a back room holding a laptop.and said it would.be another 20 minutes as she was on a conference call with corporate. I told her I was in a hurry and if she could take me.as it was unprofessional as the business had been open for 40 minutes already. She refused. I was told I could wait or leave HER store , I told her to F off and drove across town to the Shenango location 10 mins away. The lady there said there was no corporate call this morning and that they both had the same regional manager who was off that day. She cut my hair , came out great....
