I will never shop at this location again. Today at went to the Butler Big Lots. They had a sectional that we liked and the salesperson there told us about the extra 20% off sale that was ending today. She gave us a price and printed out the offer. However she did not have one in stock. And could order it but she found 3 in the NC location. So we drove all the way over to NC and found a salesperson and she went to find one. However when she wrote it up there was no discount. I showed her the print out from the butler store and the online coupon. And she said oh it's not working so she called a coworker. He also wasn't aware of the discount. And his attitude sucked. Very off putting like sorry isn't working move on. He never bothered to call the other store and validate it.    Read moreI shop at this Big Lots in New Castle, PA a lot. We did have a Big Lots near where I lived, however it closed. I have always loved Big Lots and the way they have the store set up. Itâs very easy to find what youâre looking for and easy to shop. The staff is always pleasant & friendly, super helpful when you ask for assistance. I love the discounts & deals you can find throughout the entire store. I canât tell you all the things Iâve purchased for my home. I just bought an outdoor patio furniture set for my porch. I really enjoy the âgroceryâ part of the store as well. Lots of snacks or goodies that you havenât heard of but are super yummy. I spoke to someone in furniture who transferred to Maggie. Maggie said she had to ask a manager then came back to say she was transferring me to Jason. Jason said he would check then I ended up with someone else who put me on hold for Jason again. The phone rang for 8 minutes and disconnected. Absolute waste of 25 minutes for a simple yes or no answer that I never got. Jason is not a very good manager and needs a refresher in customer service.
