This location just had a total redo- demolished and rebuilt. The interior looks fresh, neat, clean and like every home makeover show on TV. Our food was mildly warm. We arrived to a full parking lot and full lobby of patrons that had been waited on but we're waiting for food. We were not forewarned that there is no CO2 to have soda pop or that there are no icy drinks or ice. Tea, sweet tea and bottled water are the beverage choices today. It took 25 minutes to get our "fast food". The front door is locked. The station for sauces was empty. One customer came in, noticed the restaurant was full but not a single person had food and asked why. When we said we were waiting for our food. He asked if everyone was and decided that there are too many other options to go eat than to wait to be served and left the restaurant. I did not check out the restrooms. They could only have been improved from the remodel but I did not check them. The cashier is entirely too quiet; no one can hear her call orders or understand what she asks while she's taking your order. The seating is close together and cramped if people were staying to eat at a busy time. For some idiotic reason there are four self-terminals. No one wants to use those; people want an actual cashier. Door dash orders were lost and being held up. I can only imagine people stuck in the drive-thru line for over half hour. No employees were seen goofing off or playing on their phones. But it is clear this restaurant is not ready to be open. Only four staff were seen. And one, possibly manager, was quietly sitting in the corner of the restaurant with a laptop.

Hey drive thru Taco Bell at 9pm in Shenango twp, PA. I am not kidding this is the ####### best taco and second best bean burrito I've ever gotten at any Taco Bell ever, and I'm going back to 1979 Boardman, OH Taco Bell on this. The one next to A&W. The shell was crunchy, the beef wasn't greasy, cheese and lettuce check. 1/2 beef also check. Bean burrito double red sauce extra cheese almost perfect, but no Verde sauce. I blame corporate! In the picture it may look like no filling in the taco, but I said "easy beef" and that lowers the level of the toppings. Again, when a fast food place nails it dead on, I give credit. It's a tough job sometimes. (but not always, I had a great time for four years working at some steakhouse place. Frigging LINES of people (mid 1970s and everyone had jobs) but when it was slack or dead, good time.

Been going here for years, I’d say 30-40% of the time, the orders will be wrong like when we say no beans on a taco and there’s beans, we get wrong food in the bag, most of the time we go through the drive-thru, this order had a meal wrong as well but we just dealt with it, didn’t say nothing, I’m talking about we literally ordered grilled cheese loaded fries and got a small plain fry. 1st time dining in and it was super clean, food looked not greasy, very well done. Waited 20 mins with no customers before or after us except watching the drive-thru cars go by one after another as their always considered 1st priority. Next time we will order through the drive-thru, brings our bags in to dine in for faster service and make sure we are very very clear about what meals we want.

I am officially done coming to this location. Taco Bell definitely has a lot of value and deals and good tasting food at properly ran locations but with when incompetence is in the picture, it takes away from the whole experience. Awhile ago, I placed a mobile order about ten minutes before arriving just for them to tell me they have not started my order yet. I used to DoorDash as well and every time I showed up, the deliveries were usually delayed. Aside from that, every time I receive an order there it seems as if my food was sloppily thrown together and even cold at times. The hygiene in this specific location is definitely not up to code as well.

Yesterday I had went to pick up food for somebody and I waited around 20 to 30 minutes in the drive-thru and was pretty much blocked in by the other cars in front of me and behind so I had no way of pulling out. I saw a group of workers who did not even seem to be present in the store when I pulled in headed inside. The guy in the car in front of me actually had to walk up to the window to get their attention.

I work next to a Taco Bell in Monaca and have never waited longer than three minutes and my food at that location is always fresh and ready to go. This location is pitiful, dirty, and poorly ran. It also seems as if their turnover rate is through the roof. If I am ever hungry for Taco Bell, I will gladly take a trip to Neshannock from now on because this place is slow and disgusting. A health inspector and new management would compliment this...

I thought after so many months this place would have it together. So as i headed out for work today i made it my moment to MOBILE order my food so i can grab and go thru the drive thru. I placed my order 30 mins early and when i got there i still had to wait another 20 mins to get my food and when i got my food I was not impressed so what i ordered was the chalupa cravings box with a steak chalupa and 5 layer steak burrito with a locos taco and nacho and cheese and used my fiesta potato bowl reward The chalupa was the only thing correct and maybe the 5 layer but i they gave me cinnamon twist and im allergic to cinnamon they also gave a soft taco instead of a Doritos loco taco and also gave me a smidge of cheese on my potato bowl instead of just telling me they were our of nacho cheese so i pulled out the drive thru and went inside to show them where they messed up and they tried to give my nachos and cheese in a back with the actually taco i ordered not even wrapped and i couldn't eat my food cause if i wanted in the carvings box cause it was covered with cinnamon like seriously u have one job and list that tells you what it it was it was not busy when i got there but i mobile ordered for my convenience the manager was rude both of them and when i asked for a refund they said i had to do it through the app like i was so mf mad i just left my food there and now here we are sharing my experience at...
